Hello,

I cannot access my education plan. I went through SheerID and they said that you guys will walk through this with me. Here is my proof of verification.

Hey @emilie duran — thanks for getting in touch with us in Figma Forum. I’m sorry you’re hitting delays with your verification, and I’d like to help get a clearer picture of what’s happening.

To start narrowing this down, could you share where the process is getting stuck, and any specific guidance SheerID provided? They typically handle verification end-to-end, so those details will help us understand which part isn’t lining up.

While I’m not able to view or adjust account settings from the public forum side, one common blocker is that the Education setup still needs activation. If you already have an existing team, please walk through the steps under: Figma for Education → Create, upgrade, or join a team → To upgrade an existing team. Once you’ve tried that, let me know if things resolve or where things stall.

I also checked on your case. It’s with our Education Team and actively under review. Your ticket number is: 1602362, and I’ve added your update from this thread so they have full context.

Lastly, I removed the personal details included in your original post to help keep your account secure. Thanks for keeping us in the loop — we’ll make sure this gets resolved.
