I have submitted several support tickets to get a refund for Config 26. Nothing but crickets. This shouldn’t be that hard to do. Latest support ticket: 1821932
Hi Team,We are facing a critical issue. A very important Figma file is completely missing from our workspace, personal drafts, and the trash folder. Global search is also not finding it.When we try to open the old prototype link, it gives a 'Prototype not found' error. Since I am on a Starter plan, I cannot create an email ticket, so I am requesting help here.File Details: File ID (from URL): 8PWGNMF3jj86lRGpx4WC7m Creator/Owner Email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] My Email: [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] Could a support agent please check the backend status of this file? Was it permanently deleted, or is it linked to a different account? We urgently need to recover it. Thank you!
I have consumed my AI credits by executing the AI modification command, yet the generated version cannot be displayed or operated normally. Could you please explain why the consumed credits are non-refundable in this case?
Hi Figma team,We submitted our plugin for review 30+ days ago and haven't received any updates since. We wanted to check in to see if there's anything on our end that needs attention, or if there's currently a longer review backlog.Plugin name: UI Skeleton GeneratorSubmitted: 18th March 2026We've reviewed the submission guidelines and believe our plugin meets all requirements, but we're happy to address any feedback if something needs to be revised. Any visibility into the current status would be really helpful for our release planning. Thanks for your time!
Hello,I would like to learn how to make email templates and use mailchimp to transfer my design.
Hi everyone,I’m currently building a design system in Figma that is intended to work well with Code Connect, and I have a question regarding icon architecture. When I use a single icon set with variants, I can map everything under one Code Connect connection — which is great. However, selecting icons inside components becomes very difficult and impractical (huge dropdown).I’m considering switching to separate icon components (e.g. icon/add, icon/close) and using them via instance swap.👉 My questions:• Can multiple icon components be grouped under a single Code Connect mapping?• Or would each icon require its own mapping?• Is there a better way to handle icon selection via instance swap without breaking Code Connect? Thanks!
When I select a frame and then click on the presentation button, it opens two different tabs: one with the cover and the other one empty. Also it’s not possible to select flows.
Dear Figma Support Team,I hope you are doing well.I am writing to request your assistance regarding an issue with my account. I recently noticed that my team has been locked due to an unpaid invoice. However, this invoice was created by mistake.I already have an active annual subscription, under which I received 3,000 AI credits. Unfortunately, I accidentally selected the 15,000 AI credits option, which generated a new invoice unintentionally.I kindly request you to please cancel this incorrect invoice for the 15,000 AI credits so that my account can be unlocked. At the moment, I am unable to continue my work as all features are locked.Your prompt assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.Thank you for your support.Best regards,Syed Shabeh Abbas[email redacted by forum moderator to remove PII]
Hello Figma Support Team,I recently purchased 1 full seat on the Professional monthly subscription plan, and the amount charged was approximately $20 + $3 tax. However, I have now received a renewal notification showing an estimated renewal amount of $58.71, which is significantly higher than what I expected for a single full seat.Could you please help clarify: Why the renewal amount is showing as $58.71 Whether any additional seats or charges have been added to the plan What the expected renewal amount should be for 1 full seat
Hi folks! I used some components from other files in my project, and even though I removed them, I still see some Variables available in the “Page → Modes”. They are not available anywhere else. It doesn’t affect the project; when I select one, change the page, and then return to it, that mode is selected. I checked my file, and nothing leads to the other file anymore – no styles, variables, components, etc. It seems like a bug, and I see some variables pulled from another file, but can I remove it somehow?
I find it really annoying when I have to click collapsible libraries name everytime I want to changes the text style. I only have one library in my file, why it has to be hidden in the collapsible menu.Is there anyway that I can set it to be open by default?
I am working on a project built with Next.js and TypeScript and I currently only have the implemented UI (react components, CSS/Tailwind). I need to convert this existing UI into a Figma design file automatically (or semi-automatically), including layout, styles, and components if possible.I understand that Figma is usually used before development, but in this case, the design was not created beforehand.I've looked into some tools (like HTML-to-Figma plugins), but they either don't support React well or lose styling/layout accuracy. Is there any reliable tool, plugin, or workflow that supports converting Next.js (TypeScript) code into Figma designs?Even partial solutions (like exporting layout or styles) would be helpful.
Hi everyone,I wanted to check if anyone has experienced a similar situation with plugin review timelines.I submitted my plugin (IconNova) on March 27, and it has now been in review for over 3 weeks.Details:- No backend- No network access- All processing is local inside Figma- Data security disclosure completed (shows “follows Figma’s security best practices”)- No warnings or issues shown (status is only “In review”)I did publish a couple of minor updates (rename + description changes), with the last update on April 5, but nothing affecting functionality. From what I understand:- Typical review time is 5–10 business days- Even with re-review, this timeline seems longer than expectedSo I’m trying to understand:- Is this kind of delay normal recently?- Could this be related to queue backlog?- Or is there something else I might be missing?Would really appreciate any insights from others who went through the same process. Thanks!

Figma deducted two payments within a single month; however, the subscription or account update was reflected only once.

Hello Figma Support Team,I’m currently working on exporting an email campaign design from Figma to be used in Brevo. While the design looks correct within Figma, we’re encountering issues once the template is exported and uploaded to Brevo. Specifically, some elements become misaligned, and the file size appears to exceed platform limits. We’ve already tried a few approaches on our end, including adjusting the layout structure and using third-party email builders, but the formatting issues persist. At this stage, we would really appreciate your guidance on best practices for preparing or exporting email designs from Figma so they remain compatible with email marketing platforms like Brevo.Could you please advise on:Recommended export settings or workflows for email templates Any known limitations or considerations when designing emails in Figma for external email platforms Suggested methods or tools to ensure layout consistency and file size complianceThank you very much for your time a
I have image component variants for 16:9, 1:1, and 4:3. I can switch between variants and the aspect ratio updates correctly until I resize the instance width. After I change the width, switching to another variant causes the height to keep an incorrect aspect ratio. I then have to manually adjust the width again before the height updates to match the new aspect ratio. Another issue: when the image instance is placed inside a card component, switching to a different aspect-ratio variant doesn’t update the image size correctly. You have to resize the card to trigger the image instance to resize to the correct aspect ratio.
Hi,I’m experiencing an issue with billing that I don’t understand.I cancelled my subscription on time and clearly indicated my intention not to renew. However, I have still been charged. To whom it may concern, This has been an ongoing issue for over three days, but to enumerate the issue I’m having:I attempted to create an account with my college account for a course I am currently taking. On first attempt, I accidentally mistyped my email, yet passed verification, and seemingly Figma sent a verification email to the incorrect address I provided. On second attempt, I entered my correct .edu address, passed the verification captcha, and get immediately returned to the log-in screen with the error message “Your request has failed.” I have now attempted to create my account on 3 browsers (Firefox/Librewolf, Edge, and Brave) with no success. I disconnected my phone from Wi-Fi to attempt to make the account with a new IP, with no success. I attempted to have a classmate create the account for me, so that I could receive the verification email and change the password, and they were met with the same “Your request has failed” error. I have waited for over 24 hours and cleare
I have used someone else’s credit card without their consent as I thought I would need the credits to finish a work but I didn’t. I haven’t used the any of the paid plan’s features or credits yet and would like to request a refund about the plan purchase.
Hello everyone,I'm facing a significant workflow issue when exporting from Figma to React, and I'm hoping the community can help me find a solution.Current Situation:My Figma file uses Untitled UI design system with properly configured variables (colors, spacing, typography, border radius, etc.) I've verified the variables are correctly set up: Colors/Brand/500, spacing-md, Text md/Semibold, radius-lg, etc. When I export/generate code from Figma, I get React code with custom Tailwind classes instead of Untitled UI componentsThe Problem (with real examples):What Figma exports: jsx// Button<div className="shadow-[0px_0px_0px_1px_rgba(10,_13,_18,_0.18)_inset] rounded-num-8 bg-brown border-gray-400 border-solid border-[2px] overflow-hidden flex items-center py-2 px-num-12 gap-1"> <div className="relative leading-5 font-semibold">Add User</div> <img className="w-5 relative max-h-full" alt="" /></div>// Badge<div className="shadow-[0px_1px_2px_rgba(10,_13,
When viewing an icon in Dev Mode, the name shown at the top of the right panel is the layer name, unlike when viewing in Design Mode, where it’s the name of the icon. That’s fine when the icon layer hasn’t be renamed. However, in a design system, the layers are usually renamed (e.g., in a button component, you might have layers for “leading icon” and “trailing icon” rather than the default icons of “calendar” and “chevron-right”).Other methods for seeing the actual icon name in Dev Mode are finicky. You can click “Explore component behaviour” and it will show the name, but it truncates after a certain length with no way to see the full name. You can click “Export” and it will then show the “Assets” section with the full name, but there doesn’t appear to be a way to make the Assets section always show up, so it’s an annoying extra step.
