Student Verification Issues and Not Recieving any Response

Hello,

 

I have been messaging back and forth with Figma for months; however, there is no one directly being able to assist me. I have verified my account through SheerID, and they gave me a verification code. However, Figma is unable to create my educational plan. I have messaged them many times, and I haven’t gotten a response yet. It keeps asking for verification, so I resubmitted the form and I keep getting the error that verification limit exceeded. Can anyone assist at Figma or will I be not receiving any information going forward as I have already attempted to go through every outlet?

Hey ​@Atiya Haque — thanks for reaching out, and I’m really sorry to hear about the back-and-forth with the verification process.

SheerID does manage verification from start to finish, including unlocking accounts for a new attempt, so they’re the best group to help reset things on their side. Just to confirm, have you already contacted them through this secure form: Contact SheerID support team?

Hello,

 

Yes, I have spoken to SheerID already, and they told me they verified me and provided me my verification code and said next steps would be on Figma to resolve. I have been verified since beginning of September.
