Glitching issues with Figma

Are you using 2 screens?

When you say glitching: are you noticing performance-type issues? Like it doesn’t load properly or too slowly overall?

Are you on a mac or pc? What MacOS or Windows operating version are you currently using?

Do only certain files cause these issues, or is it across any file you work on (even new ones)?

Are you on the desktop app or website? It sounds like website, but if you’ve tried both and still have issues, let me know. Thanks!

I am not using two screens.

Can you confirm again what model of iPad you’re using (also the year of the model), and the current OS version you have installed? Is there any chance that the device is jailbroken in some way?

Do you use a VPN or other private routing service?

Does it seem to only happen in a specific location? Like say it lags when you’re connected to a work network, or a personal one? Or both?

I don’t know the model but the current iOS version I used when I gave the feedback i think was 18 but the current iOS is 26. Yes I due vpn. It is when I am at school and home.

It’s not possible to access Figma through a VPN (Virtual Private Network) or proxy service. There are also some browser extensions that can cause issues when accessing Figma, so you may want to review if you’ve made any changes lately that may be connected.

I am also facing a not so similar but glitching issue on the figma app but my setup specs are different. I am using virtualBox on my windows for iOS app development.

Right now, I have to view the figma app on my windows and then, go to virtualBox to apply the designs. I already have a lot of complicated things running on my system and this figma glitching is giving me additional stress for no reason. What can be the reason? why is it working on windows and not on mac while other apps such as xcode and github are working fine in virtualbox? FYI: I am using this method for running virtualbox.

Please help me fix it.
