I really need help. My original Figma account was hacked, and someone changed the registered email address without my permission. I can no longer log in or receive any password reset emails.This account contains more than 5–6 years of all my design work, projects, and everything I’ve built as a designer. These files are extremely important to me.I still own and control the original email address that was used to register the account. I also accidentally created a new empty Figma account later, but I have already changed its email to free up my original email.I have sent emails to Figma support and submitted a ticket, but I haven’t received a reply yet. I’m not a paid user, but these files are irreplaceable to my career and life.Has anyone else experienced this? Can someone from Figma Support please help me recover my account and restore my original email? I can provide any proof to verify that I am the rightful owner.I’m really anxious and desperate for help. Thank you so much.

Members of our team are unable to register accounts and also fail to receive the relevant emails. However, the email addresses of the other people are correct. When we send them emails, they can also receive them.

When I try to open a branch from the main file by clicking “Open,” nothing happens. There’s no loading state or error message, it just doesn’t respond.The workaround I found is to open it directly from the Home screen or by copying the branch link and opening it using “Open file URL from Clipboard”
Hello Figma Support Team,I was charged for the Full Professional Plan in a monthly basis when I did not change my seat since I purchased my annual Collab Professional Plan. I looked at when the seat change was made according to the invoice and it was Feb 16. I did not have any activity history on figma a month ago to accidentally change my seat. Please, I am a student and I dont have a lot of money, I cannot afford 208 dollars. I would never make that change. I was not even notified that my seat was changed on Feb 16 2026. I was not even on Figma when I was charged at 1:22am. Please review this change, I swear I didnt make any changes on Feb 16, please i dont have the money. Thank you.
Hi Figma team,I'm building a website using Figma Sites (https://www.marilialeal.com.br/), and I've encountered a major issue regarding SEO and search engine indexing.The site is automatically generating the following tag in the <head>: <meta name="robots" content="noindex"> This prevents Google Search Console from indexing the site, and there's currently no way to remove or override this tag through the Figma Sites settings. I’ve tried adding a new <meta name="robots" content="index, follow"> tag as high as possible in the Custom Code section, but it’s still ignored by search engines because the noindex tag appears first.This makes Figma Sites unsuitable for any project that requires SEO or public visibility on search engines.Could you please provide a way to: Remove or override the default noindex tag in the <head>; Ensure that published websites are indexable when desired; Clarify whether this is an intentional limitation or a bug? I am testing the capabilities of Slots in the design system I am working on. I noticed a strange phenomenon and wanted to find out if anyone else has experienced it and if it is just a bug or a change in the behaviour of Slots after the first release. I have a component with slots ready, dated 6 March, and drag & drop works fine when placing content in the slot (as was shown in the Figma tutorial video). On Monday, 9 March, I recreated an identical component, but drag & drop no longer works in it. I can only copy the content and paste it into the slot, and after pasting the content, the drag & drop option suddenly ‘unlocks’. When the component has nothing in the slot, drag & drop does not work. However, it works perfectly in components created a few days earlier.
We're currently experiencing an issue with Google authentication in our Figma Make + Supabase setup. When a user attempts to sign up using their Google account, the user is successfully created in Supabase, but the OAuth callback URL doesn't work as expected. As a result, the user isn't redirected to the authenticated part of the application. This breaks the login flow, effectively preventing access to the app despite the user being created in the Supabase auth table.

I’m the admin of the desing project account and while I was changing a dev seat to a full seat I added by mistake an unneeded seat. I only need 3 full seats and now i have 3 full seats and 1 dev seat. I’m trying to remove the extra dev seat from the account but i can’t find the option to do so. I can only change the seat of the current users or give the unwanted seat to someone else. It happened a few hours ago and I really don’t need an extra dev seat. Thanks.
Hey. When I open my project it is not loading. The app details in terms of the prompts I put in are available and I can see them on the left side but the app itself and everything I have created so far seems to be gone. There is a notification on the screen that says ‘I couldn’t solve this one. Ask Figma to fix it.’ Even the preview panel in the drafts no longer shows anything. It looks blank. Here is the link:
We had a disgruntled employee permanently delete the majority of our files. I was working with a customer support person on Friday but they logged off for the day before it was resolved. He restored some files that were deleted but none of our primary ones were restored. This is urgent for my organization and represents years of work. My client has sent me an invitation several times to view and edit a file. I keep getting a notification that ‘I’m outside their organization and need to request access’. When I click on the ‘Request Access’ button it says my request is still pending. However they don’t see any request in Figma on their end.
I recently bought the Figma Collab plan, not realizing that it wouldn’t let me edit my own projects unless I also purchased a Full Seat. When I tried to modify my file, I was prompted to upgrade to a Full Seat. At first, I thought it might be due to admin permissions, since I own the file. However, after clicking “Get a Full Seat,” an invoice for $156.00 was generated, and it’s scheduled to be charged on April 10.I need help canceling the Full Seat and the $156 charge.
Just a quick tip for everyone, since components have a crazy way of disappearing at some point, and brining them back is impossible, even if trying to access version history, my advice is create a broken down version of each component just to replace it easier and not having to recreate it again when it happens. Basically duplicate every component, break them apart, and just keep them just in case.
During student authentication, it has not been in progress for 5 days due to exceeding the verification limit. Please solve it
