The app is pending review after a lot of rejections

We've submitted our app more than 10 times, and it has been rejected each time. After every rejection, we've made the requested changes and fixed issues with our OAuth app.

However, this time we haven't received a reply for 9 days. Is everything okay? Could it be that the moderators got fed up with us and shadow-banned our app?

I'm referring to the app Vaibly (fuid=1484206766086870552).
