Removing the unpaid extra 17 additional licenses

Dear Figma Support, We currently have 10 full-seat Figma licenses on an annual subscription, which have already been paid for. we added 30 additional full-seat licenses. We would now like to reduce these additional licenses from 30 to 13, resulting in a total of 23 active full-seat licenses (10 existing + 13 additional). We would appreciate your assistance with the following: • Please confirm the process for removing the extra 17 additional licenses. • Please provide complete details regarding the additional licenses, including any impact on our subscription or billing. • Kindly confirm whether the invoice for the additional 13 licenses will be issued separately and share the expected billing details. • Is it possible to pay separately for the additional 13 full-seat licenses? We would like to use a different credit card for this payment. We look forward to your confirmation and assistance. Note: Our existing 10 annual full-seat licenses have already been paid.

    Before reviewing the billing impact and available options, the Support team first needs to confirm your intended seat configuration. In particular, they're looking to understand:

    • The final number of Annual Full seat
    • The final number of Monthly Full seats
    • The number of Collab seats you'd like to keep

    This is important because the available options and billing can differ depending on whether the additional seats should remain annual (co-termed with your current subscription) or be converted to monthly seats.
