Hey Team,

We submitted an app for review over a week ago, we received a rejection, because figma cant download any extension to verify our app, so we were told to just upload a video for the review, we did so, and haven’t heard back. Can we please somehow fast track this? We want to launch a figma integration to our customers, and this has become a blocker.

Is there anything needed from our side to expedite this process? Can an ETA be shared, so we can plan accordingly?

I checked internally and can see that the team has already replied to you via email. Sharing the update here as well in case you haven't seen it:

We are unable to download software, apps, code, or extensions for review purposes at this time. Please resubmit your application with a screen recording that demonstrates the app connection and the complete user experience flow.

As mentioned by the team, once you've resubmitted your OAuth app with the requested screen recording, it will be reviewed again.

@Celine_ Like I mentioned I did resubmit, with the requested screen recording, and haven’t gotten an update. Can you share the same?

I was looking at the previous support case from last week. I've now found your more recent submission from today. I assign it to the appropriate team, and add a follow-up note internally to increase its visibility.

What is the approximate timelines for this? So that I can plan the release internally?

Review times can vary depending on submission volume, so I'm not able to share a specific timeline. That said, I can confirm your app is in the review queue and I've flagged it internally for visibility.

Once the review is complete, or if the moderators need any additional information, they'll reach out to you directly via the email associated with your submission.
