I have a prototype that should have background blur set on the header and navigation menu. I’ve noticed they’ve stopped blurring the background underneath. What gives?

Update: throwing a blurred box into the prototype seemed to trigger it to start working again on a test prototype, but it continues to not work on the current prototype. Might be a bug with background blur?
It seems to reactivate if I flip between sticky and fixed positioning as well.
