Hello,I’ve recently run into an unfortunate situation - I was away from my computer for around a week and was logged out of both of my Figma accounts, with my main account being tethered to my high school Google Account. Unfortunately, the school has recently put a system in place locking us out of apps they don’t have on a whitelist. This means that, even though I've had the account since 2022, I can no longer log back in.I do have an alternate account that I use already, and I was wondering if it’s possible to have all of my files transferred over to it? If so, that would be a huge help, as many branding and UI assets I’ve developed over the years would be lost otherwise.For anyone willing to help, thank you in advance.

I successfully added a library to Figjam and was able to create a sticker out of my component but check I click on the variants icon I’m seeing blank boxes rather than previewing my various variants. I tried refreshing the cache on my desktop but no luck.

I just wanted to make an app so I paid $5 in advance, and then I suddenly saw the invoice for the next month, they said I must pay $20 next pay period. but I don’t want and need it. When trying to right size our seat allocations, we cannot switch a monthly billing cycle of a user over to an available annual seat, with out adding a new seat to our annual subsprction.Couldn’t find any procedure to change this over.
I needs a Tax Residency Certificate (TRC) from Figma in order to process payment in USD for a plan seat purchase, as required for TDS (Income Tax) purposes in India. The user is unable to pay in INR and needs the TRC to comply with Indian tax regulations.

I’ve had this recurring issue for a long period of time across many versions of Figma. I initially put it down to typing errors, but I ended up with the errors so often that I started paying careful attention.When I input a value for a variant property, the final letter periodically drops off, creating naming errors.
After updated figma as 125.9.10, cropping image one side by holding control key (the most powerful function!) doesn’t work any more. Holding ctrl key now acts as squeezing image. and double click to move and adjust cropped image also doesn’t work anymore. what happened to figma?? or is there something that I missed? I changed image type from fit to crop already.
Getting the “Publishing failed: Please reload the page to publish” error when I try to publish.I’ve gone through the older treads but haven’t found a solutions beside Figma sent out a fix. I’ve tried everything I can think of including the obvious solutions like reloading tab and restarting computer.I’ve tried deleting all new components and even restored earlier versions, from the version history panel, that were previously published. Yet still no luck. My other libraries will publish, but my main library will not. 🙄
So here is what I am trying to do. I have mailer in which there is no change in the content but there is an image with a QR code. Now I have to add 10 different QR codes.For that I am following below steps:Generate QR codes as PNG Add those PNG in an excel file, ensuring each image is paste in a cell (as per the guidelines) On Figma Buzz, in the bulk create I uploaded the file After uploading, it shows the column but content is been shown as text (Refer screenshot) When I select an image the data field remains disabled, but when I select a text layer it gets enabled and when I create assets it just adds text ObjectI have tried the same with google sheets but facing the same issue.

I am facing an issue while using Figma Make.Whenever I enter a prompt, it keeps showing “Thinking…” for a long time. On the left panel, it indicates that the design has been successfully created (for example: “Design ICTORA SaaS Application – Version 1”).However, the actual design does not appear on the canvas at all.Issue details:Prompt shows “Done” after submission Left panel shows the design is generated But nothing is visible on the canvas (blank screen)I have already tried:Clicking on the generated design from the left panel Refreshing the page Trying different prompts Checking zoom and layersBut the issue still persists.This is affecting my workflow as I cannot view or use the generated designs.Could you please check if this is a bug or suggest a solution?
Hello. There is a loading icon that is appearing and won’t go away/I am unable to view the result. I’ve tried all the steps but nothing has seemed to work. Steps i’ve tried:Duplicating the file Refresh Opening in a browser window (instead of the app) Restarted the app and laptop too Also, my websockets also work. Tried opening through my personal laptop (Windows) and still got the same issue. (I use Mac for work purposes but get the same issue) I checked all queries regarding this and tried all methods. Nothing is working. Prompting that I’m only seeing a loading window and providing it with a screenshotI’ve also confirmed that no errors are showing.
I use a SLOT to change the number of Action List Items in the Action Menu; the width of the Action List Items relies on its parent, the Action Menu. But whenever I open Figma, the SLOT does not keep my current width/height settings. I thought it was a function of the SLOT, but no; when I click on that Action Menu, it updates its size but still does not use my correct settings.
There was a moment of utter shock when I saw all the frames disappeared. I opened version history to access older frames and luckly was able to retrieve them. This has happened multiple times as of now.
I can no longer share Figma Make projects. Until yesterday everything was fine, but today none of the projects I share open; it always shows a "live update failure" error. I cant find the option to autorestart the project we just created on Figma Slides. So our presentation has 50 slides, once it reaches slide #50 it should go to slide #1.Can you help me out here? its weird I cant see it. Thank you
I’m experiencing a persistent rendering issue while using Figma that is affecting both the canvas view and exported files.Issue description:Across all Figma files, I’m seeing a pixelated/glitch-like artifact (appears as small square “noise” or serrated patterns) overlaying the interface and design elements. Hi everyone, I'm running into an issue with "Make Design". I’ve been trying to standardize the Header across all my app screens. It seems to work at first, but as soon as I enter a new prompt or refresh the page, it reverts to the previous version.This happened three times already, and it’s consuming a lot of credits while taking a long time to process, only to give me the same result. Has anyone experienced something similar? Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?
The page still says that is in review and the review period has passed. Should I just wait? Or is there a protocol for this?thank you!
