I haven't received the student account verification email

Hey ​@2jjuns, Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here. Thanks for reaching out! Just to clarify how this works: student verification is actually handled by our partner, SheerID, not directly by Figma.

A couple of things to check first:

1. Look in your spam/junk folder, and any filtered inbox tabs your email provider might use.
2. Double check the email address you used to start the verification, in case it's slightly different from the one you're currently checking.

If you still can't find it after that, this is best handled directly by SheerID's dedicated Figma support team, since they manage the verification emails and process. You can reach them at figmasupport@sheerid.com. They'll be able to help with delivery issues or get your verification completed. Hope this helps!
