Hi @이승은, Celyn from the Figma Community Support team here. Thanks for reaching out, I hope it’s alright for me to reply in English.
I’m sorry to hear that you’re unable to locate your file. I understand how urgent this is, especially since it contains work you were close to completing.
There are a few reasons why a deleted file may not be visible in Trash, so here are a few things worth checking:
The file was in another team: If you’re a member of multiple teams or organizations, each one has its own Trash. Please check the Trash for the team or organization where the file was originally located.
The entire team was deleted: Files from a deleted team won’t appear in Trash. If the team was deleted within the last 28 days, you may be able to restore the deleted team to regain access to its files.
The folder was deleted: Files within a deleted folder are moved to Trash individually. If you find the affected file there, you can use Duplicate to drafts to create a copy.
The file was permanently deleted: A file won’t appear in Trash if you or another team member or collaborator with access to it permanently deleted it.
In the meantime, I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket for you so our team can take a closer look and assist you directly. Your ticket number is #2066991.
Please reply directly to the ticket with the URL of the affected file. Someone from the team will be reaching out soon, so please keep an eye on your inbox.
