- I am using Microsoft Power Apps - Create Apps from Figma UI Kit in Figma, and I am having a problem editing the default text inside components.
- The issue is that whenever I insert any component, it shows default text such as Label, but I cannot change it to the text I need.
- I already tested this with different components, and the same thing happens with all of them: the text is visible, but I cannot edit it directly.
- I do have edit access to the file, because I can move objects and also create new elements without any problem.
- In the right sidebar under Design, I can see sections such as Position, Auto layout, Appearance, Layout grid, and Export, but I do not see a section called Properties or any editable field to change the text.
- I also checked whether anything was locked, and there are no locked layers or locked parent containers.
- When I select the text layer, I see msft_Label and also String-label, but I cannot find any editable field to modify that value.
- I tried editing the text by double-selecting directly on the component, but that does not work either.
- From what I could tell, it seems the component exposes a text property, but that property is not appearing as an editable field in the right sidebar, so there is no way for me to replace the text Label.
- I need help resolving this issue.
