Question

No response from Figma support after a week is this normal?

I opened a support ticket about a week ago and still haven't received any response — not even an acknowledgment.

I'm trying to understand whether this is a typical wait time or if something went wrong with my request. I've checked my spam folder and confirmed nothing came through.

Has anyone else experienced long delays with Figma support recently? Any advice on how to get a ticket looked at faster, or an alternative way to reach the team, would be appreciated.

Thanks!

Hey @Eyal Tzaig , Celine from the Community Support team at Figma here!  Thanks for reaching out, and apologies for the delay. Our support team is currently experiencing a higher volume of inquiries than usual, which may result in longer response times. I checked internally and can confirm that we've received your support request. I've also added a follow-up note and escalated your case internally to increase visibility.

There's no need to submit another request in the meantime. The team will follow up with you directly through your existing support case as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience while the team works through your request!

It is normal – Figma often take 1 week, 2 weeks, or even longer to respond to my tickets and even then I don’t get a solution. There have been numerous occasions when I have also been told that my issue is due to a “long standing” bug and there was no timeline to when the issue would be fixed. They have then closed my ticket with no solution, and to this date, I have had no updates on any of those tickets that were closed with no solution.

I have asked to speak to someone from Figma multiple times on the phone and since we have an Enterprise account and multiple issues I assumed this would of been something that was possible, however Figma have shown no intention of discussing this over the phone and continue to send delayed responses, no solutions and close tickets.

Hi Jordan_Pass,

Thanks a lot for sharing your experience with them.

They probably have a huge workload and are obligated to respond within two weeks to other people who opened tickets, so they need to close older tickets first before they can free up for new ones. 🤦🏼

At least one good thing came out of this, I now know that their support is really bad and it's not something specific to my case.

Thanks again.
