Hey @Zack_Gallinger - sorry for the trouble! Happy to help try to figure this out.

From what I can see, you are part of multiple teams, but there is one that you own that was upgraded today (August 7) to a professional plan. I believe this is the team you bought your full seat under. The name of the team starts with a ‘Q’ (I’m only sharing the first letter so I don’t disclose the full one without your permission).

Can you check to see if the file you’re using is living in the team you’ve upgraded? It sounds like it may exist in another team you’re part of that isn’t upgraded, or in your drafts (check that as well and make sure to move it).

I logged into my account. I can see the Q team is the only one attached to the profile and I can see the file in Figma. It is however possible that my designer who created the file is on a different team but I don’t know how I would check that.

Sorry for the delay here @Zack_Gallinger - I saw that you were able to get in touch with someone from support. Since this was going to involve more information regarding file location and hierarchy, my recommendation would have been to connect with them for more insight (I’m limited in what I can view).

I saw that reply went out yesterday -- did you need additional follow up? Let me know if you didn’t receive that response.
