My smart animation shows in small preview window inside the board, but when I want to preview it in preview mode it is frozen. I also tried to download animation from community files and it is still frozen.

Preview Mode doesn't show Smart Animate Animations

- Browser or desktop app
- What does webglreport.com show? Does it show WebGL enabled?
- Do they mean the Community file froze in presentation view too, or froze on load?
