We're seeing a consistent HTTP 500 from https://www.figma.com/embed?embed_host=share&url=... when the viewer's browser is logged into Figma. Same embed URL, same file:Logged out → works Logged in → 500Repro is just: open a prototype embed iframe while logged in to Figma on the affected account. The 500 happens during what looks (from devtools) like an internal refreshOnReadyForEmbed reload triggered by the auth-aware code path.Reproducible across Chrome, Firefox, and Safari. Setting iframe.credentialless = true (Chrome only) avoids it by stripping cookies, but breaks Figma's password-protected file form, so it isn't a viable general fix.Could someone from Figma confirm and/or give an ETA on a fix? Happy to share file IDs and HAR captures privately.Thanks.Note: we can reproduce reliably on some accounts but not others. We initially suspected it was specific to full-seat (paid)

Hello, I just cancelled my business subscription that I signed up for on April 14th.I paid €6 for the month, and I don't want to continue using this subscription next month.However, after cancelling my subscription in the settings, I see that I still owe €34.33 starting tomorrow, which I don't understand since I cancelled everything.I didn't assign Full seats to anyone and I switched to View plan: why do I owe this amount next month? Please explain this to me.  

Why can't I use the Figma AI?Is it still unavailable? Google and Gemini say it's not available for free users? I can't find a button to connect my Figma site to the Figma AI. What's going on?

I’ve forgot to cancel my subscription yesterday and tried to contact the support to do so and get a refund, but no one is awnsering any of my emails.

An example :- i have a component set with 3 variants ( named v1 , v2 , v3 ) , here i connected the v1 to v2 and v2 to v3 keeping the v3 empty … whats happening is .. the v3 is somehow connects to v1 creating a  loop ! is this a Bug or something ? as i started to animate stuffs i found it out . or there has been an update about component loop ? . need help!!

use_figma` tool not appearing in Claude Code despite all MCP servers connectedI used it a total of 16 times before, but something changed in the past 10 days to 2 weeks.I need to escalate this please. I am completely blocked.I need both read and write access to all variables in my Figma files.The MCP config in ~/.claude.json is correct — https://mcp.figma.com/mcp is registered as figma. And the tool has been used 16 times before from this machine (usageCount: 16), so it's not an account/eligibility issue.use_figma is still not appearing. However, get_variable_defs did return live variable data from that node. I can see variable paths but not collection names directly.use_figma is still not showing up. The standard MCP tools can read variable values for a selected node (which worked — I got data back) but they can't enumerate variable collection

Hi, whenever I use numbers in the code block in figma slides they are always written in superscript.Any tips? It does this with all the coding languages for the code block.  

This is the most infuriating thing—more often than not, I'm working WITH the variables menu open. And as I'm selecting and unselecting layers using the ESC button, why does it default to closing the variables panel? If I want to close it, I'll just hit the close button. The ESC key is VERY commonly used during a regular workflow—why would opening a variables panel COMPLETELY override it?! Terrible UX for a design tool company :(

I am an admin of a team, Figma won’t let me import a file into a project in the team (I’m owner) and it won’t let me move the file from the draft

We have tried to complete the payment using 4 different cards, but all of them were declined by the system. We kindly request immediate assistance regarding this issue.Even though there is no problem related to us, we constantly receive the error message "your card has been declined". My bank says that all it’s ok.Help us please!

We’ve run into a decently major issue when it comes to the new Slots in Figma.  We’ve seen this happening quite a few times before but had trouble reproducing it.  On occasion, designs we’ve made that include slots break. Sometimes this happens when we click the designs, but often times it happens out of nowhere, without our knowledge. This is a big issue, as these designs need to stay consistent for our development team. I have two examples attached where we’ve been able to reproduce it, seemingly by reloading the page.  What happens:We create a design including a component using slots The slot itself has auto-layout set up. In one example that’s simply horizontal, the other has a wrap. This works fine, until suddenly it breaks (We don’t know what causes it) the widths of some elements inside the slot changes causing the original design to break. When

!-->I have finally managed to reproduce this issue.When you have a component with a slot. You can use an instance of that component, add subcomponents to the slot and adjust the width of the subcomponents. But on tab reload, when clicking that width adjusted subcomponent, the width resets to it's last known size before you adjusted it.This can be reproduced in different ways. I created two demos.Demo using pre-filled subcomponents:Create a list-item component   Create main list component, which has a slot with the list-item pre-filled.

Interaction is not working properly. For example, I have an interaction where clicking it should go to the next variant. However, when I hover over it, the variant changes to the hover state even though the interaction is not supposed to trigger on hover.

I have created the prototypes to show the storyboard in the website hero. So I used click as the interaction between the storyboard so people can go through the storyboard in the preview mode.It worked for a long time. And all of the sudden the prototype is broken, the images keep going back and forth between image 2 and 3 when I click it. Can someone help me to take a look?  

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

I hit my monthly cap with 15,000 AI credits and couldn’t get an answer on how to purchase more, so I created another account and gave that account access to work on my project.  I upgraded that account to 15,000 AI credits as well, but even though they were purchased I keep getting a message than I have none remaining.  I figured it was a temporary bug, but it’s now been almost 2 weeks without any change or work completed.  How can I get access to these credits?

Hello figma I paid for figma professional plans and I was debited but I saw this mail that my payment couldn't be processed and i was debited from my bank account.

The majority of my Figma make files are presenting Something Went Wrong Errors with a request ID. I am unable to make changes to these either via the prompt window.
