Dear Customer Support Team,

I noticed that my subscription was automatically renewed, but I did not intend to continue using the service for another year.

I only became aware of the charge after receiving a fraud alert notification from my bank. My company is currently reviewing the purchasing method, so I did not plan to renew the subscription at this time.

Could you please help cancel the renewal and process a refund for this charge?

Hey ​@cola929 , thanks for reaching out. Since this involves billing and account-specific information, the best next step is to contact our support team directly so they can review the renewal and refund request securely.

You can reach them through the Support Hub by typing “Refund, contact an agent” → “Start a chat” → click “Enter“.

I’d also recommend cancelling the subscription from your team settings in the meantime to prevent any future renewals while the team reviews your case. Here’s the steps in this article: Downgrade your plan

When you contact support, please include:

  • the email address associated with the subscription
  • the invoice/charge details if available
  • confirmation that the renewal was unintended

The team will then be able to review your specific billing situation and assist further, thank you!
