Hi! I’ve been having trouble getting my Figma account back to an Education account, even though SheerID confirmed that I re-verified my account on September 11 (Verification ID: 68c1ab53f897ce280a8b5dff), which was before the September 29 deadline. SheerID mentioned that since the verification on their side was approved, the issue now lies specifically with the offer redemption process on Figma's side.I’ve sent education@figma.com several emails since about my issue, but I never received a reply. I’d really appreciate any help to be able to re-access Figma Education for my student work! Thank you in advance. 

Hey folks, I’m having an issue where I can create webhooks via an OAuth app, but deleting them always returns 403 "Request denied". Same token, same permissions, same everything – deletion just won't work.The premise is the following:A user from my app adds their Figma team ID manually and then registers a team-level webhook for that team using my OAuth app.My setup- OAuth app with webhooks:read and webhooks:write properly configured- I'm a team admin of the team I’m trying to register a team-level webhook on.- Using OAuth 2.0 with a valid  token- The team I’m testing with uses a Pro planWhat works- Creating webhooks- Listing all webhooks for my teamWhat doesn’t work- Deleting any webhook I get a 403- Getting a specific webhook by ID via curl - I get a 403 there as well, oddly enoughEven weirder:

I’ve been experiencing this for months. did sync & unsync, publish & unpublish, and don’t ask how many times I had install & reinstall. but it still doesn’t work. the above is my screenshot on figma working file, below is the screenshot on my design system. on the working file it doesn’t updated, why is that? (in philomena accent)  

I am trying out the CMS content for the first time, as I create a Figma site. There appears to be an issue with paragraph spacing not applying as it should.Paragraphs (a single ‘return’) in text that uses my Body style in a Rich Text field aren’t displaying any paragraph space, despite paragraph spacing of (for example) 16 being defined in the Body text style. I tried defining the space value on all breakpoints, too. No luck.But if I add a forced line break (shift-enter), which should ‘not’ add paragraph spacing, it adds the paragraph spacing! This looks like a bug, and prevents me from adding correct spacing in many contexts. I am also not able to apply correct spacing to lists etc.Is this a known issue, or am I doing something wrong?

Using Firefox browser, any time I deselect an object in Figma (frames, images, etc), a gray box that says “paste” appears next to my cursor and moving the mouse automatically triggers a box-select (as if I were holding and dragging the mouse). I have to press Esc to make the “paste” box go away and click somewhere without selecting anything to make the box-select go away. This happens any time I deselect anything. This means that if I accidentally select something using the bug-induced box-select, it loops me back into the bug. It is hugely obtrusive to getting any work done.

My page render perfectly 90% of the time, but sometime, it render completely broken like this (text blurred for privacy) And, one again,  the screen above render properly 90% of the time, except in cases such as these. I could provide plenty of other exemple, but the main idea is there. It is important to note that it is completely independent from the browser (it can even happen in Figma). BUT the problem here's quite big because it make user testings impossible in responsive mode since we can have these random glitches at any time 

I have created a card component that has a default and hover variant. I have attached all my text styles and created input properties so that a user can easily change the headline of the card. I want my hover state to have an underline for the headline text, but when I click on the hover headline and Cmd+U it applies to underline to all variants or vise versa removes it.In order to get it to work I have to detach the type layer from the property which obviously isn’t what I want because then the text won’t change. 🙄 OR I have to make a separate input property for hover which is dumb because then a designer has to input the same text twice (and I haven’t tested what that does in prototyping but I would imagine something would be funky there) This seems like a newer update because I didn’t have this issue maybe just a few months ago and I haven’t changed my process at all. Why is the responsive mode in the prototype preview so broken? When you create a page with components and layers and set them to fill mode, everything fits to 100% width or height in the design editor. This reflects typical development as expected. However, this doesn’t work in the prototype preview. When I set the prototype to responsive, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. For instance, I have a grid with cells. Those cells are set to fill. (In fact, everything in every layer is set this way). But when the prototype renders it breaks. Those cells sometimes are 100% the available area, other times they are set to their original rendered size from the frame. For example, the cells are set to fill and happen to measure at around 200px wide because the main container (frame) fits all the content this way in design mode. I’ve been trying to verify my account for the Figma Education Plan, but I’ve been facing repeated issues. On my first attempt, the system showed an error and didn’t let me complete the verification. When I tried again, it showed “Verification Limit Exceeded.” I reached out to both SheerID support and the Figma Education team for help, but I haven’t received any response from either side. Now my deadline is down to only 5 days, and I’m stuck without a way to re-verify or reset my attempts. Because of this technical error and lack of support, I’m at risk of losing access to the Education Plan. I’m really not sure what else to do—any guidance or help would be greatly appreciated.

I noticed that after the last update some of my nested components are broken in sizing/scaling. I would reload my library after publishing and half the instance across various screens would take off. Specifically the components are getting bigger somehow. For instance this image component, nested in a product card, should be as is in the version on the bottom, after reloading the component from the ds library the image is bigger. Or the stamp in the footer is correctly inserted in the beige space in DS itself but as an instance it seems to enlarge quite a bit. This happens with images, icons, other assets like stamps etc. It seems that it needs me to manually redo everything now (copy-pasting from DS library, editing etc) and i do not have that type of time/budget for this big of a project. 

Hey, something is wrong with Figma!I am trying to subscribe to Figma Pro plan from Latvia (EU & Eurozone country) but Figma shows me this at the checkout:Your payment method's address is in a country that can't pay in EUR. Please use a different payment method.Latvia uses only EUR as its currency. We don’t use any other currency. My card is using EUR of course! It works everywhere else except in Figma. This is definitely a Figma issue!Screenshot: 

I am using a professional plan but have suddenly lost access to plugins. They are now blocked by a popup that wants to convert the account to a full seat. I updated Figma this morning but the issue remains. All plugins are triggering this popup when selected.Would appreciate any help to resolve this bug as I’m unable to export variables which is a big issue for development. Clicking Actions and then selecting a plugin The plugin is blocked with this popup and there is no option to just use the plugin 

I’ve been getting a persistent error in Figma Make for the past three days. It was working fine before, and I’m currently on app version 326.I’ve tried the common fixes suggested by other users, including duplicating the file, testing new prompts, and restarting the app, but none of these have worked.I’ve also opened an issue and granted access to share@figma.com, but the invite hasn’t been accepted yet.This is affecting my workflow, so I’d appreciate your support in resolving it. Screenshot of the error has been attached   

Hello Figma Team,I am encountering a critical issue with the Figma Desktop application (Windows 11 ARM64).Since today's update, the application displays the error message: "Could not initialize WebGL".This problem is highly likely related to the GPU/driver detection in the latest version of the app. My Configuration:  OS: Windows 11 ARM64 Device: ASUS Vivobook S15 (Snapdragon X Elite) GPU: Qualcomm Adreno X1-85 GPU Adreno Driver Version: 31.0.121.1 (the latest installed via Windows Update).  Diagnostics and Steps Already Taken:  WebGL works perfectly when I use Figma in my browser (Chrome/Edge). When I try to complete the verification, I receive this message: “We are having trouble with the verification process. Please try again later. If the problem persists, please contact us at education@figma.com.”I have already contacted the support email but haven’t received a response yet.Is there anything else I can do to resolve this issue?Thank you.

I was logged into an old school email, and after graduating recently, the institution deleted that email address. I wasn’t able to edit the email for the account and now, I cannot sign back in. This was 2 years worth of hard work 😭 and I would hate to lose it. I have created this account to connect with support teams to get some help. Please let me know if there is anything that can be done! I really really need my Figma account back , it has all of my projects and assignments . Please help me retrieve my account back .

Hello,I’m having an issue with some components in my design system. The file is quite heavy, and for several components, the variants no longer appear in the right-hand panel.To switch variants, I have to select the component, right-click, and use the “Change variant” menu. From there, I can access all the variants, but they still don’t show up in the right panel.It really looks like a bug.Has anyone else experienced this? If so, how did you manage to fix it?Thanks!

My Figma Education Plan was renewed about one month ago, and everything was working normally. However, today my plan suddenly changed to the Free plan even though the renewal date has not ended yet.Is there any usage limit on the Figma Education Plan? 

So mcp does’nt work langchain I was looking a way to use the mcp Iw as getting the access token from you oauth thing but still its giving me the issues on oauth flow client id and client secret are correct .I cannot even login with the simple login . Answer  my 2 questions Q1 How can I load mcp with langchain using mcp adapters Q2 why login flow is not working and will the access token will work with the mcp  on langchain?  

 Hi, I’m having an issue with the Go to Source button inside Figma Make — the feature that should show the code for the selected design element. When I click the Go to Source button, it is not disabled, but nothing happens. It doesn’t open the code view, doesn’t redirect, and doesn’t display any error message. Hi, I wanted to add a Gantt chart template to my FigJam board, however, they seemed to dissapear from my screen when I tried scrolling. Later I noticed they didn’t get deleted, they were instead on the right side of the board. Attempting to scroll to that side, on my MacBook and on my iPad, the board just does not allow me to go past the halfway point of the FigJam board. Now I am afraid I cannot access those templates, and I can also not delete them as I cannot reach them…Help is appreciated!
