Hi, I’ve been trying to solve an issue with a font for a few days now and I’m out of ideas to try...In our company design system we use a custom variable font (Aspekta, loaded as "Aspekta Variable") previously worked correctly on my machine — I used it directly while building out our design system's typography, with full access to its weight axis. It has since stopped working with no changes on my end: Figma now shows only a single static "Regular" instance for it, with no weight axis slider or numeric control. When resizing a rectangle or ellipse, or any sort of shape object, dimensions are tethered to the relative top-left corner of the shape—meaning that any increasing or decreasing of the width and height would happen relative to the shape’s top-left corner. This is helpful, since I can rotate an object 180°, and that resizing anchor would move with it, allowing me to adjust dimensions from the bottom right corner. However, recently the shortcut associated with adjusting those dimensions (Cmd + Directional Arrows) now ignores this rule, making it so that resizing any shape with these shortcuts is always resized relative to the absolute top left corner, no matter the shape’s rotation. This requires me to make those adjustments solely using the Width and Height fields, which is pretty tedious. Similarly, corner radii are also now anchored to the absolute top-left. Hi,Over de last few weeks our team is experiencing more and more inconvenient and work impeding bugs in Figma. Over the last few days we’ve been struggling to find workarounds for instances for which the ‘Variants could not be loaded’. It’s really awkward and unreliable if we design something and random things cause the designs to change. To name some that really affect our collaboration with other teams:Instances of components sometimes appear empty (this seems to be related to slots?). Changing properties for components with slots no longer work if the content within the slots was edited. Placement of layers seems ‘off’, until the layer is selected and automatically restores its placement. Instances of components that are inserted (Shift + i) are completely empty and void of layers. Copying main components from our spec files to our UI kit causes the variants to become duplicated within resulting in twice the number of variants and causing conflicts. While I was working suddenly frames disappeared,when I try to reach certain restore point before that they are there,but when you restore to that point,frames are not visible and it doesnt recognize that I rolled back anything.

So with the recently release of Figma, I am not able to select my library for make. It by defaults selects a ui kit where in i don’t have a kit created. Is there a way to select the library again like previously?

Hello,For past 2 months or so I’m experiencing a bug in which the Z button randomly does not toggle on zoom tool. So instead of zooming in on selected space Figma starts to select all the objects in that space (sometimes causing slow downs in more advanced projects), then I try second time and instead of zooming I am moving those selected objects. Then I have to slow down my muscle memory and try a few times until the magnifying glass symbol symbol pops up instead of the default arrow. It’s quite frustrating. I’m sure my Z button works well, I use two sets of keyboards and use Z to zoom in Adobe software too, never had an issue.Please fix <3

We have an image container component that we use on many pages, which utilizes a slot. It had been functioning perfectly for a while but recently team members have noticed that the contents of the slots reposition themselves outside of the frame of the component at random. Today I observed this happening when I clicked the lock icon to lock the slot layer- no other actions were taken and the contents of the slot moved themselves to the upper left of the frame, outside of view and the actual component frame. The ‘undo’ action does not undo the repositioning.  This is severely impacting our workflow as the images will reset themselves multiple times a day.

When attempting to move screens from one page to another in the same file, it caused all existing screens to disappear from the page

The title is basically it. All participants of the site are on the education plan, which has the same image limit as the professional plan  -- per Attach files to a prompt in the Figma agent and Figma Make – Figma Learn - Help Center. 

Just fix slots! The slot feature doesn’t behave properly when switching variants: around 90–100% of the content from the other variant simply disappears.

I’m experiencing a recurring issue in a Figma Make project after extensive usage within a single project file.In this project, I have run over 1000 prompts+. However, when attempting to run the next prompt, the execution repeatedly fails.  Hello there, I’m facing issues with loading the preview of my Figma Make files eventhough I’ve done the Adjust your network settings steps by doing the proxy bypass step, but it still doesn’t work. Any other advice please?

Hi, I had a figma subscription which expired on the 8th of May. I now only have the free account because I don't need a paid account at this time. I can't seem to access my old admin settings to find my last invoice which I need for a reimbursement. Can you help with this?

While working on my projects, I shared access with a few people so they could view or collaborate when needed. I genuinely did not realize that adding users in this way could result in additional charges, nor did I notice any warning that these collaborators would increase my subscription cost.This was an honest mistake on my part, and the billing came as a complete surprise. As someone who has just started freelancing, this unexpected expense is quite difficult for me to manage.I completely understand that billing policies exist, and I take responsibility for not fully understanding the pricing model. Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Figma Agent / Figma AI in design files and I wanted to know if anyone else is experiencing the same thing.I’m trying to use Figma Agent to analyze a website URL and help create visual ideas/illustrations for a website project. The prompt is not extremely complex anymore, but every attempt returns:“Something went wrong”with a UUID error ID.So far I received these error IDs:5a94dcf7-e741-4fdc-affb-945bde7af615 2e1e1446-5d05-450f-bfc6-e654aa148468 93aab9ee-acb2-44f5-beeb-097ce2f93e1dI checked the Figma status page and everything appears operational. I also tried both the browser version and the Figma desktop app, but the issue still happens.I contacted Figma Support but haven’t received a response yet.Has anyone else had the same “Something went wrong” UUID error with Figma Agent or Figma AI recently?Any help or confirmation would be appreciated. Dear Figma Team Today I ran into a problem with my Figma design file. I’ve been working on my icon kit for several months, and today I noticed that major changes I made about two months ago had disappeared from the file.For example, I had a entire block of arrow icons, and I remember that a month ago it was there and had been saved. But now it’s just gone, asas if they had never existed. It looks like file had partially reverted to an earlier version, but I don’t know the real reason why.I definitely didn’t delete these changes, but they’re gone. Can you please help me figure this out? Thank you!

Message to Figma July 30, 2026My Figma site Sullivan Skateboards seemed to have  been tampered with by an outside source in which my design files became locked and unable to move. It’s exactly the kind of things in which were happening at companies I was working at. I was having issue with people from Publics Health in New York and people from DDB Health. Can you track by URL who may have entered my Figma and sabotaged my files? 

When i’m trying to add new shader effects/fill nothing is happening. The effect appears in effects panel, but nothing changes on the canvas. It doesn’t depends on what effect or preferences i use — it just doesnt work! I’m sure (and i’ve checked) that my laptop supports such technologies. Web version doesnt work too. Maybe i’m wrong with something or it’s a bug?… What can I do to fix the problem? 

Hello,I've been experiencing an issue several times now when creating a new Icon component.When I try to publish the changes, the publishing process keeps loading indefinitely. I waited nearly 20 minutes before refreshing the page, but the issue still persists.Additionally, the small Icon Library update indicator doesn't appear. I have to manually check the library to find the changes.Has anyone experienced this issue before, or is this a known problem?Thanks!

Hi I have a prototype on Figma Make that won’t load and seems stuck in “Reasoning” without loading anything. It doesn’t work on the browser either, or when published. I’ve tried the following without success:Reloading Quitting the app and loading again Duplicating the file Restoring an older versionAll of this while still consuming credits, which makes it extra frustrating. Appreciate any help I can get. 

My other account doesn't respond at all when I click "Continue as XXX" during login. I've already tried switching browsers and even using a different computer, but it still doesn't work.
