I need assistance with my project 

I subscribed to the Figma Professional plan 2 days ago (Sept 7th, 2026) and was charged 24 euros. After using it, I found the experience very slow with a lot of errors, so I decided I no longer want to continue with the subscription. It won’t work for me.I have already submitted a request through Figma's official contact form under "Other request" but I wanted to ask here as well:Has anyone been in the same situation? Is there another way to request a refund for a Professional plan subscription purchased 2 days ago? Thank you!

Yesterday I’ve restructured our Figma projects:Created a folder with “Anyone in Company can edit” Added sub-folders with “Anyone in Company can edit” Moved existing files into these sub-folders People, who previously could edit these files (through the global full seat), lost their editing capabilitiesIt seems that after the files were moved they switched to “Anyone can view”.Why do these files, moved to new sub-folders, have the Share settings different from the old files in old projects?Files in the new subfolders   Files in the old projects  Now, do I need to manually update this permission for 100+ files?! And moreYou do know that after the projects to folders transition you removed the project/folder description visibility, right? They still exist in settings, but no one sees them.

Hi,We are having trouble with connected folders.Setup:We are on Enterprise and we host the connected folder The connected folder is shared with our client's product team The client is on an Organization plan with paid Full and Dev seatsWhat happens: when the client's users join the connected folder, a guest seat is created for them in our organization. When their developers then use the Figma MCP server, they hit a rate limit almost immediately and get a 429 response.Our reading of it is that the rate limit is being calculated from their guest seat in our organization rather than from the paid seat they hold in their own plan.Questions:Why does joining a connected folder create a guest seat in the host organization at all, when the documentation says each party works based on the seat they hold in their own plan and the host is not billed for external users? A figma page connected to a slack channel batches the comments right now and they are not visible anymore in slack. this function is pretty much useless. What we need is a slack notification for each comment or a batched notification which shows every comment in slack.It´s very important to have the comment text in slack, so we can read it there. without this feature is (again) useless. Hope It´s clear what I mean and we will see this implemented rather fast :) Greetings

Hi,I’m following up on support ticket #2125268 regarding an accidental seat upgrade.While moving a Draft file to a team folder, our Collab seat was unintentionally upgraded to a Full seat. This created a $161 billing adjustment that is currently scheduled for our next invoice on October 11.I contacted Figma Support immediately and requested that the seat be restored to the original Collab seat and that the additional charge be cancelled.I would also like to explicitly request the cancellation of any monthly subscription or monthly seat charge that was created as a result of this accidental upgrade. Please remove that monthly subscription from our account so that no recurring monthly charge is generated.I have not intentionally used the Full seat after the accidental upgrade. Luego de trabajar en Figma Make y hacer push o “envíos” a Github a través de la integración oficial de Github desde Figma, desde hoy no me esta permitiendo hacer el envio y me aparece el siguiente error. No me deja restablecer de nuevo la integración y estoy necesitando poder enviar las actualizaciones del codigo para trabajar con un aplicativo.

This is the most infuriating thing—more often than not, I'm working WITH the variables menu open. And as I'm selecting and unselecting layers using the ESC button, why does it default to closing the variables panel? If I want to close it, I'll just hit the close button. The ESC key is VERY commonly used during a regular workflow—why would opening a variables panel COMPLETELY override it?! Terrible UX for a design tool company :( 

Hi there,I recently did a credit-up for 2000 credits and there is no way it could have been used up with a couple of iterations on a design. On a standard 3000 credit/month plan I’ve created 2 versions of a website and numerous amounts of versions and now with the top-up, 2000 credits are gone!I’m trying to find detailed credit usage report/view to see how my top-up amounted in using all these credits in a couple of hours of low usage tweaks.My history in the agent chat is also not loading so I cannot scroll up and see what’s going on - just a loader icon on the left hand chat….

Hi,In the Figma web app, my component appears to be correctly connected to code using the Code Connect CLI. However, in Figma MCP:get_code_connect_map returns {}, both with and without codeConnectLabel: "React". get_design_context returns generated/raw layout code instead of the connected Code Connect component or snippet. get_code_connect_suggestions also reports nested components as not connected.The component is part of our internal component library, which is consumed by our projects.It seems that the Code Connect mappings are visible in the Figma web app but are not being recognized by Figma MCP.

The "Widget" sub nav item in the community page is redirected to White boarding whereas it should be pointing towards widgets page. The listing is all widgets but the titles and breadcrumb redirects to Whiteboarding.

A user on our account was upgraded to full access but it still says limited access next to their name. They are having issues with actions like moving files between folders and other tasks they should be able to do now. 

Hi! I was casully changing the variant property of my badges in a list, and they started to act weir. They decided to be pink and reseting the instance or changing the color manually works randomly. I’m now stuck with badges with the correct bg color but not text color. Help? Thanks !   

Oftentimes I need to copy/paste a portion of an Excel sheet into FigJam as a table (using Ctrl+V or right click > paste). When I do this, it adds additional spaces and line breaks to the content within each cell, so I have to go through each one manually and delete this whitespace. This is very time consuming.

As an admin on a professional plan of a small team I have an issue where new team members won’t get access to pre-existing files/folders.I need to manually grant access to each and every file which is not sustainable. Inheritance of team (role) access doesn’t seem to be working properly.If sharing is set to “Anyone can view” the employees (as full members) must request to edit. If sharing is set to “{team name}” and “Edit” it works, but then the clients can’t access  If sharing is set back to “Anyone can view” the edit rights for the employee is gone.Despite being a full member in the team and a full seat, the new employee is not added to the automatic “Share this file” > “People from {team}”. Am I doing something wrong or is this a bug?

I have several components in my library that change to a Hovered state while hovering. This interaction works correctly in the library itself and looks like this:  When adding the component to a different file, the interaction defaults to the Enabled state, which it’s already in. It then looks like this:  This is happening to a lot of components, including components that previously worked fine.
