I’ve forgot to cancel my subscription yesterday and tried to contact the support to do so and get a refund, but no one is awnsering any of my emails.

Hey ​@kauaanrs , sorry to hear you haven't received a response yet! Just to flag, under Figma's policy, payments for subscriptions are generally non-refundable as outlined in our Terms of Service.

That said, I can see your ticket has been assigned to an agent who is already investigating. I've also added a follow-up note to increase visibility. They'll get back to you directly as soon as possible. Thanks for your patience!

Ok, I undestand that, but I did not use any of the pearks and utilities after the renovation. I tried to reach the support immediatly after I see the charges in my bank account.
