can’t seem to get my mouse to work correctly, tried different mouse and different computer same issue mouse doesn’t line up and can’t resize images correctly video attached

i was working on a project for 5 hours, then i accidentaly closed a project in figma and it just dissapeared. I have already checked another accs, recent, trash, teams (i was working on it in private project, not a team). I cant find it anywhere, i didn`t send a link and i didn`t share it anywhere

Hello!I have been using Figma in the browser for more than a year on this PC and this has never happened before. When I try to move or resize a selected element, the mouse jumps diagonally about 5 mm away, so I can't move anything anymore. It happened after 20 minutes of working on this file without any problem, but now the bug affects every component.(I recorded a screen capture to better understand this weird interaction.)(I may have made an error and accidentally activated an option without knowing it?)

Hi,I'm following up after several days without a response regarding a billing issue on our account.We purchased 15,000 AI credits and subsequently cancelled our subscription. The $334.75 billing adjustment for the credit update is expected and correct. However, our upcoming invoice also includes a $351.00 monthly charge for "15,000/mo AI credits" covering April 19 – May 19, 2026. This recurring charge should not be there  we purchased the credits outright and cancelled.Our projected subtotal is $685.75 when it should only be $334.75.We're happy to pay for what we've used, but a recurring monthly fee after cancellation isn't something we agreed to. Could someone please review this and remove the $351.00 charge before the invoice is due on April 19?I've seen similar reports from other users on the community forum, so this may be a broader issue worth looking into.Thank you.

We are building maps for a wayfinding application. The colors, type, etc are set up as variables, including the line weight of walls. What we’ve found is that while hiding/showing various layers in design mode, the connection to the variable for the line weight breaks - which defeats the purpose of the variable all together.  Not earth shattering, but definitely not helpful. 

Point and Edit get Disabled when you run out of token, it shouldn’t because thats used for manual edit too, not only AI editing

Trying to publish my Figma plugin, but getting an error saying “Please fill out required fields and correct any errors”.On the frontend, I don’t see any fields highlighted with errors.When inspecting console logs, I see a ton of warnings being thrown for INVALID_SUPPORT_CONTACT even though the support contact I’ve entered is a valid email address. Hi Figma Support team,I’m running into an issue with unwanted colours appearing in the Design-mode colour picker in Figma Slides, and I’m hoping to understand whether this is expected behaviour or a limitation.Summary of the issueEven after fully cleaning my Slides template so that every element uses only my defined template colour variables, the colour picker in Design mode still shows many extra custom colours that are not used anywhere in the file. These appear to be leftover colours that were automatically created when pasting designs from regular Figma Design files into a Slides file.What I’ve tried I replaced all existing colours with my new template colours I verified that none of the stray colours are used in any layer, component, or style. I also confirmed that this only affects Design mode, not Slides mode, where only the correct template variables appear.

Hi, the figma cursor used to be small and neat. In the past few days it has suddenly grown much bigger and it glitches in the middle of work switching back to the original smaller size, and growing again when moved or used for an action. Any idea why this is happening?

I am unable to log into my company's Figma account after my long leave. It asked for an authentication code or sent an SMS for two-factor authentication.
