I am writing to request assistance with my account, which appears to be locked.I previously used this account for educational purposes at an academy about a year ago. As I have recently re-enrolled in the academy, I intended to use the service again. However, I am currently unable to access it due to the account lock.I have two specific questions regarding this: Is it possible to unlock my account so that I can use it again? Since I would like to use it under a basic setup, is it possible to transition this account to a Free Plan? I understand that new accounts typically have access to a free tier; can my existing account be converted to that status? I look forward to your guidance on how to resolve this issue.

so basiccly I'm making a music website, and I'm currently adding like 200 songs and a patch notes buttons WHICH IS NOTHING FOR FIGMA.. and it keeps saying failed.

We need some colleagues to work on the projects. Which seats should we purchase? Is it possible that the only option is the full seat at €800?Also, we need to return (transfer back) a project to its rightful owner, who has a free account. When the project was originally transferred to us, we thought they would still be able to edit it, but it turns out a full seat is required. Therefore, we would like to transfer it back.Luca

Hello! Why is the support or sales team is not getting back to me? I created a website which was in the press last week but is not working properly. This is not a good time for problems…for 2 weeks now there is no answer. I need help with Google Search Console meaning you need to upload the google file I sent to you so the website can be found!! Also I ran out of credits because no one helped me to fix a problem and it took therefore all credits to finally get it done myself. But now the website is not working correcty until May 24th. Hi everyone,We’re running into serious performance issues on one of our Figma files and I’m curious if others have experienced something similar.As soon as 2 or more people are working in the file at the same time, performance drops dramatically. Everything becomes extremely laggy — selecting layers, moving elements, typing, navigating… it all slows down to the point where it’s barely usable.What’s confusing is that the file itself doesn’t seem particularly heavy:Memory usage is around 6% No massive image assets or obvious performance killers The structure is relatively clean and organizedDespite that, real-time collaboration is basically impossible for us right now. I came across a fun bug today where setting the child of an auto-layout layer made its width increase infinitely.Usually, when setting child layers to fill width, the parent auto-layout layer would auto-switch to a fixed width. However, today, that didn’t happen, and the container kept growing until I manually set it to fixed.See the video.In this case, I have variants for contents (text, number, slot) that I’ve placed in the header cell (but not yet in the body cell), all in the same variant set

Frustrated with Figma's AI Credits billing — being asked to pay for a subscription I never knowingly signed up for.I used the AI credits add-on once last month as a one-time top-up. What I didn't realise was that this would auto-enroll me into a recurring monthly charge. There was no clear opt-in for an ongoing subscription during the purchase.Last month I've used zero extra AI credits — yet I've received an invoice for $195. Breaking it down:• $180 — AI credits I did not use and did not sign up for as a recurring charge• $15 — Dev seat charge, which I am happy to payI've had a support ticket open since May 1st #1879798 with no resolution after a week of follow-ups.This feels like a dark pattern — a one-time purchase silently becoming a subscription should be communicated upfront and clearly. When I’m adjusting an image’s exposure, contrast, etc., the “shift” and “arrow” buttons are no longer functional. This makes it difficult to fine-tune an image using only the arrow. Is this a bug? (I was able to do this in the past). I checked a similar question two years ago, but there was no solution, so I am asking again. Previously, a single button click was sufficient, but now you must hold it down or switch tabs to make detailed adjustments.

Hello,  I am currently having trouble registering for Config 2026. For some reason, when I click the attend in person option, I don’t see any window in which I can formally register for the event with my payment method. Instead, I am directed instantly to the “Thank you” page with directions to check my inbox. Upon checking my inbox, I don’t see any confirmation either. Who can I talk to in order to resolve this issue and sign up for in-person attendance?

None of the embedded bitmap images in our figma design / figjam files are loading today.Seems to be across the board for all users.We are a large org with thousands of accounts.

How to fix the “Live preview failed” issue in Figma Make? I did the troubleshoot and immediate fixes available in the internet like: refreshing the page, duplicating the page, opening in different browsers. It is still working properly on March 13, 2026 but the problem started on March 16, 2026

Figma plug-in does not work in Codex App. I get 401 unauthorized state all the time in the past few days. My colleague on my team also has that error. I have tried pretty much all the methods on internet and none of them really works.The community demand for Codex is climbing at very impressive rate and a lot of people are probably frustrated like me. please fix it or I have to turn to something else that agent can work with. thank you!! 

Hi everyone,I’m having an issue with Figma Prototype mode.Previously, all frames connected within one flow were shown when navigating through the prototype with the arrow keys. Now, some connected frames are skipped and don’t appear in Prototype mode, even though they are connected in the flow.I also tested this in another file with another design, but the same issue still happens.I don’t understand what changed or how to fix it. Is this expected behavior, a known bug, or is there any workaround?Thanks!

The 'Layer in View' property isn't respecting local nesting; it's skipping the immediate parent and pulling layers from the 'Primary Desktop' level instead. This is causing some unexpected behavior with our reveal interactions that I'm currently troubleshooting.

Sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn’t, which makes me assume this is a glitch. When I try and drag and drop slides in the panel to rearrange the order, I’m unable to do so. Please help. Thank you.
