Report a Problem

Since the last update, it’s impossible to copy and paste the image fill, into another component. I’m working with Auto Layout and I used to be able to select the fill > copy this > open another component > select the fill > paste. This doesn’t work anymore. It’s a feature I use all the time. Does anybody else experience this?

Not sure if this happens to only my env, but Edit property button is pushed to the side and only showing half of it. When there’s scroll at the side(practically all the time), it’s not clickable at all. Hope this gets fixed!

Hello, I had several issues regarding transferring ownership. According to the free plan, only two people on the team have permission to edit. So had removed other team members so there are only two members in the 'team project;. I was still unable to transfer the ownership to the other or edit so I have upgraded to 'professional'. Neither of my member and I can edit or do anything about this file which must be editable since I have upgraded my plan. The admin who created this team project is no longer with us, so we cannot reach out to the admin. Please help me.

Hi everyone, I’ve been using Figma under an Educator plan, but I’m no longer eligible and I’d like to switch back to a regular plan. Additionally, I now want to transfer all my files and projects to another existing Figma account (not just downgrade the current one). Is there a recommended way to: Transfer ownership of all files and team projects to another Figma account I already own? Make sure I don’t lose access to any important files or lose shared permissions? Close or downgrade the Educator account cleanly afterward? Any help or step-by-step guidance would be much appreciated. Thanks in advance! Best, Axel

Hi Figma team, I’m writing because I’ve just noticed a charge of $43.20 on my account, despite having cancelled all paid subscriptions well before the renewal date. To make matters worse, I received absolutely no email or notification warning me that a payment was about to be processed. This lack of transparency is extremely disappointing, especially coming from a company like Figma. On top of that, trying to check or manage my subscription and billing information is unnecessarily complicated. It genuinely feels like the system is designed to make it difficult for users to know where they stand, what’s active, what’s not, and what they’re being charged for. Frankly, it starts to resemble the kind of tactics used by less reputable services, even scammers: no clear way out, no notice, and a surprise charge you can’t easily stop. I’d like this payment to be reviewed and refunded immediately, and I’d also appreciate a proper explanation of how this was allowed to happen.

As an administrator of an Enterprise account, I’m increasingly concerned about the lack of visibility and access to all files created within our organization’s Figma workspace. This isn’t just a matter of convenience—it poses a significant security and intellectual property risk. Enterprise administrators should have the ability to audit, manage, and access any file created under the company’s domain. The current setup allows for potentially sensitive or proprietary design work to exist outside of administrative oversight, which could lead to data leakage, compliance issues, or loss of valuable IP. It’s surprising that this hasn’t been addressed as part of the Enterprise feature set. This should not be categorized as a feature request—it’s a security and governance requirement. For organizations operating at scale, especially those in regulated industries, this gap could have serious implications. I urge the Figma team to prioritize this as a security update, not a future enhancement.

It’s soooo frustrating. I have my personal and enterprise acc logged in figma. But, everyday, for security reasons, my company requires me to log in again for the enterprise account - therefore, the flow is: I click on figma app to login to a new account Browser opens with a login modal I log in and a btn saying “open on figma app” I click on the btn Come back to the figma app saying an error has occurred. Only after doing this flow 3 times is when it actually works and that I can access my enterprise account on figma app. Can you look up on this? I mean, it’s already frustrating that I need to log in everyday, but gets worse when I keep trying to login and I just get errors with no description and that if you keep on trying it it will eventually work, which also makes no sense. Thank you.

About three weeks ago some of my PNG images suddenly appear grey in Figma, where there is semi transparency, and around the edges of illustrations. These are images I have exported correctly before. Now if they’re exported the grey shows in the exports as well. I have no clue as to why, is this a bug, some new setting I’ve missed or accidentally activated? Tearing my hear out over this, would be super grateful for help! :´D Top: screenshot from Figma, grey splashes should be white! Everything look alike and the position of the UI keeps on changing. It’s been a few weeks trying the new UI and I’m so much slower and inefficient with this new layout. I used to believe Figma would be my long term tool, but now I’m not so sure about that.

in the Figma Make I created a dashboard, and everything is good, but suddenly all the tabs that have things in it all of them gone and just showed me a blank page, so what is wrong? it is like a glitch.

I am making updates in my design system and the ‘Publish Updates’ button is not showing even though I am making changes. Sometimes even when duplicating a variant within the component set this is not enough to trigger the Publish Updates button. I have to drag a text box back and forth on a variant or something for it to recognise a change. This is becoming extremely frustrating and adding so much unnecessary time to my workflow.

When connecting an external monitor to a laptop and using Figma on it, there are problems with smoothness when moving on the canvas, the laptop is powerful, the problem occurs only when working with Figma. It manifests itself in the form of intermittent display of layouts during scrolling, zooming. As if friezes

The keyboard arrow keys were previously a helpful way to fine-tune the guide’s position. This no longer works, as pressing the arrow keys now causes the entire canvas to move up or down when the guide is selected. Is there a way to restore the previous behavior?

I’m experiencing a sudden bug in Figma, help! Context: I use a Wacom pen to pan around the canvas in Figma by holding the spacebar and dragging the pen across the tablet. Previously, pressing the spacebar would temporarily switch to pan mode and return to selection mode when released. Problem: Now, when I release the spacebar, Figma stays stuck in pan mode. I have to click multiple times with my mouse to exit it, and even then, it only works intermittently. Additionally, the blue selection box remains active when trying to select assets. This issue started happening out of the blue with no known changes on my end.

Hello there! I began to use Figma Buzz shortly after it was launched and I am very exited about it. However, I seem to have an issue for a couple of days now : I cannot export my designs in PDF with Figma Buzz. I usually create sections for organizing my designs within the same file (different carrousels), but the export in PDF only works with the front page.. Any thoughts ? Thanks!

Hi i face an issue with the input field behavior of the variants and it is really annoying. The expect behavior to me is:Tap in the fieldMove with the arrow Key to the right to avoid clearing the whole input when typingThe input indicator moves to the end of the textType New behavior:Tap in the fieldWhen i move with the arrow key to the right it behaves like TAB and moves to the dropdown, but i don’t want to the focus on the dropdown.I need to delete the input and just type, but thats super annoying because i just want to enter a suffix to a variant. When i tap on the input field When i use the ARROW Key to move to the end of the input - NO figma focuses on the dropdown

Since a recent update, it’s very cumbersome to edit component variant name since the keyboard arrows and shortcuts do not behave as expected. When creating a new variant and clicking the variant field to update the name, the text gets selected, which is good. Previously, hitting the left-right arrows would move the cursor within this field to adjust the variant name and it would be possible to use keyboard shortcuts to move to the end/beginning or jump/select words. Now, clicking the left-right arrows do not move the cursor within the field, but instead move the focus to the dropdown button next to the field, like the tab key would normally do. This is even more of a problem when the name is long, either needing to retype the name even if I wanted to simply adjust it (eg adding suffix/prefix) or needing to select the whole component, then open the variant panel to edit the specific long name. The arrow keys and keyboard shortcuts do work as expected in the ‘Edit variant property’ panel

This is an enormous issue as issues are creeping into client-facing designs. Figma has always been reliable as an atomic design tool, but overrides are resetting when I copy and page components within the same page or to new pages and I can’t catch all of them. This never used to happen, and it’s fundamental that it works. Our workflow has been developed utilising Figma’s capability as a design tool. That capability now seem unreliable, and it’s throwing my design team through a loop and clients are noticing. It’s been prevalent for about 4 months and goes unfixed while gimmicks like custom cursors get added and removed each week. This is something we have noticed across out whole team, whether on mac or Windows.

I'm using a "when video ends" trigger in a figma prototype to navigate to the next page. It works fine when I preview only two pages, but when I start the demo from the first page, the "when video ends" trigger fails and navigation to the next page fails. The entire demo has about 30-40 pages and around 20 videos. Could the file size be causing the lag?

I have submitted my new plugin for review to Community Plugin and it has been almost 30 days now and there has been no communication from Figma team or hasn’t been approved and made available to public. Loosing valuable time and resources due to this.
