Can't publish library component updates after a few publishes — anyone else experiencing this?

Hey everyone,                                                                                                                                                 

                                                                                                                                                                

  I've been running into a weird issue with publishing library component updates since this Monday and wondering if anyone else has seen this.                  

                       

  The pattern keeps repeating:                                                                                                                                  

  - I can publish a few component updates successfully

  - After publishing several, it stops working and I can't publish anymore                                                                        

  - The next day it works again temporarily                               

  - But after a few more publishes, it stops again                                                                                                              

                                                                                                                                                  

  Has anyone experienced something similar? Not sure if it's related to rate limiting, a publish queue issue, or something else entirely. Any suggestions would be appreciated!

I understand you're experiencing an issue where you're unable to publish library component updates after publishing a few times — and while it temporarily resolves the next day, the same pattern keeps repeating.

 

I can see you've already submitted a support ticket(#1899512) regarding this — thank you for doing that!

I'll go ahead and add an internal note to your ticket mentioning that you also reached out in the Forum, to help bring more visibility to your case and prioritize it accordingly.


When you get a chance, could you please reply to your ticket email with the following information to help our team investigate more efficiently?

  • The URL of the library file, with Can view access granted to support-share@figma.com (this won't affect your billing)
  • A screenshot or console log of any error message you're seeing when the publishing fails (e.g. "Rate limit exceeded" or "TooManyRequests")

Someone from our team will follow up with you directly via the ticket email.
