Noe
Hello, I just cancelled my business subscription that I signed up for on April 14th.I paid €6 for the month, and I don't want to continue using this subscription next month. However, after cancelling my subscription in the settings, I see that I still owe €34.33 starting tomorrow, which I don't understand since I cancelled everything.
I didn't assign Full seats to anyone and I switched to View plan: why do I owe this amount next month?
 Please explain this to me.

Thanks for reaching out! I can see why this is confusing and understandably unexpected.

First: Figma charges based on two things: your plan type and the seat type assigned to each member on your team. A Full seat gives a member full edit access and is charged at a higher rate — whereas a View seat is free and only allows viewing and commenting.

If I’m understanding correctly based on your post and screenshot:

What likely happened is that one or more members in your team received edit access at some point — possibly through sharing a file with other team members. They may have then requested to make changes (aka “edit access”) to the file, which triggered them getting moved to a Full seat, thus creating the charge. Switching them back to View-only removes their edit access going forward, but does not reverse the charge for the current billing period.

Since you've cancelled your subscription moving forward, you should not be charged further. That said, I cannot be 100% certain that my above theory is correct. You will need to get in touch with our support team for further assistance. They can review your subscription and any potential billing that may still occur.

Please PM me your contact email, and I will get you connected with support for more help.
