Something went wrong + Request ID

I understand that you are encountering the “Something went wrong” error with a request ID in Make, and that you’re unable to make changes via the prompt window.

I’ve gone ahead and created a support ticket (#1817078) so the team can take a closer look.

When you have a moment, please share the impacted file with support-share@figma.com and grant “Can View” access — this will not impact your billing and will allow us to reproduce the issue and investigate further with Engineering.

this error is now appearing to happen any time we use the software in ai design. basically non functioning. Please escalate a solution to this..

We will need to end our monthly subscription shortly if not fixed. paying for nothing.
