Hello Figma Support,
I accidentally subscribed to a paid annual plan and was charged unintentionally. As soon as I realized the purchase, I immediately canceled the subscription within 24 hours.
I have not used any paid Figma features, and this subscription was made by mistake. Because of this, I would kindly like to request a full refund for the total amount charged.
The subscription amount was USD 192, and the total charged to my card in Brazilian currency was BRL 1,031.36.
I would really appreciate your understanding and consideration regarding this accidental purchase.
