I noticed that my Figma app hasn’t received some of the recent updates such as new left navigation bar and Slots for components.I’m using the desktop app, and I also tried installing the beta version, but the features still don’t appear in either version.To troubleshoot, I also reinstalled the application, but the issue remains the same.Are these updates still being rolled out gradually, or could this be related to account permissions, region, or workspace settings?Thanks in advance for your help! I’m using Figma Make and repeatedly getting a red banner: “Something went wrong” with a Request ID. When this happens, Make fails to apply changes / preview breaks. In DevTools console I’m seeing repeated WebSocket connection failures (multiplayer + makeproxy) and an HTTP 500 error on a resource ID. This prevents me from continuing work in Make. What I’ve tried already: Hard refresh / reload Try again button Tried different browser (Chrome) / Incognito Disabled VPN/adblock/private relay Switched network (hotspot) Duplicated file What can I do?

Firebender is a coding agent, that many android engineers use. Currently the Remote Figma MCP does not work whenever I configure it. Hi, I’m having issues with color inheritance using Figma variables/tokens. The goal is to have our icons within button components inherit the token applied on the parent component (button). The icons are subcomponents exposed as an Instance Swap within the button component, so whenever we swap icons, ideally we want the icons to inherit the token applied on button. However, the icons inherit the default token applied to the subcomponent (Icon). How do we persist the button icon token instead of overriding it?  Example setup: <> = component <Icon> vectors have token color/icon/default applied, which is Gray. <Button> has <Icon> as a subcomponent, and <Icon> is exposed as an instance property. We applied the token button/icon , which is White, to the <Icon> within <Button>     

Whenever I use the Glass Effect, I encounter the same problem. I create a frame, fill it with a color, and adjust the opacity. However, unwanted lines start appearing, even if I convert the frame into a component. This issue occurs every time, and I would like to understand the reason behind it and how to fix it.

Hi! I manage a team of designers with the professional plan.I’m aware that starting March 18th, a limit will be enforced for the use of AI credits. What does this mean?- Will my users no longer be able to use AI credit-consuming features until the monthly reset?or- Will they be able to use more AI credits than expected, which will then be billed at the end of the month? If so, is there a way to prevent this and limit credit usage?

Figma MCP Server currently only binds to 127.0.0.1 which makes it unable to listen on any other interface. WSL creates a virtual interface, to which the MCP Server must be able to listen, or Claude Code cannot connect to the MCP Server. Long story short, you need to make the MCP Server configurable.  As it is now, it’s useless for Claude Code users on Windows.

I'm on Figma's Education plan ( my own team seat, resets Apr 1) with 2,668 AI credits left (full monthly bar shows). File is in this Education team, and AI tools like 'Remove background' worked fine until yesterday. Now every AI action errors with 'Out of AI credits' popup, despite balance visible. I've: Confirmed file/team Checked AI balance in Main menu Tried new files in same team This forces app-switching, killing workflow. Daily limit bug? Plan verification glitch? Screenshots attached. Hi Figma Team,I've been experiencing a fatal bug for the last two days. Whenever I make a tiny change in "Figma Make," the entire prototype preview crashes and stays broken for 10-30+ minutes. I cannot preview any pages or my latest work during this time.This has effectively halted my productivity. As a paid user, I need this fixed urgently. I’m not able to publish any of my Figma Make projects. I have this error “Publishing is currently unavailable. Please try again later.”

When I go to Plugins → Manage plugins → Publish new version, I immediately get this error:“Figma detected a change to your account details, which is blocking you from continuing with publishing your plugin.”I have not changed my email, password, or any account settings recently.I am on the Starter plan and cannot publish my plugin update.My account email: [redacted customer PII - DJV 3/11/26]Plugin name: FigmaToJSONPlease help me remove this restriction so I can publish a new version.Thank you!

Hello Figma Support Team,I was charged for the Full Professional Plan in a monthly basis when I did not change my seat since I purchased my annual Collab Professional Plan. I looked at when the seat change was made according to the invoice and it was Feb 16. I did not have any activity history on figma a month ago to accidentally change my seat. Please, I am a student and I dont have a lot of money, I cannot afford 208 dollars. I would never make that change. I was not even notified that my seat was changed on Feb 16 2026. I was not even on Figma when I was charged at 1:22am. Please review this change, I swear I didnt make any changes on Feb 16, please i dont have the money. Thank you.

This is just a bug report (if this belongs somewhere else happy to submit this there) The Mobile Product Review Slides template uses Whyte as the title font but that’s unavailable for most users. I’ve been using IBM Plex Serif as a replacement, but anyway, worth changing so users don’t run into this bug in the future.

Hi, I get some visual artifacts after tweaking some graphics settings on my Windows laptop. Do you know which setting might cause this? 

I’ve created a simple CMS collection and added a CMS list to my site’s homepage. When clicking into either of the CMS items (labeled case studies), the page loads but none of the CMS content. I have to manually refresh the page and only then content loads. When I inspect the page, the content is there, it’s just not being displayed.Furthermore when a user is on a CMS item page, and attempts to click the logo in the nav bar to access the homepage, the CMS list that loads only displays a single item listing (which doesn't retain styling , nor imagery). Can someone help figure out how to resolve?

I have a design system that I published as a library. I’m consuming this library in another file for a slide show. Up until now, I never got an error when trying to access variants in the slide show file. But as of today, I am getting this message for a seemingly random assortment of instances: “The properties and values of this variant are conflicting. Change the applied values on this variant to resolve this.” I don’t get this error when interacting with variants inside the authoring file.  I looked up this error message on the Figma forum, and it says it appears when Figma detects that two variants are identical, regardless of whatever they’re named. But in my case, the variants are absolutely not identical. They have many differences in names and values and they have never produced this error either on the authoring or the consuming side until now.  I saw that Figma dropped the “Slot” property recently (love it). I’m wondering if this update could have led to this error?

Hi! My project disappeared and shows as deleted… It isn’t in trash, or draft. It simple is gone. But in the little window of preview on top bar, it appears the project, it’s there. But doesnt load. I have the link, since i share it with someone, but doens’t work:[redacted by forum moderator to remove PII] 

Strange behavior, I don't remember if it was already there or not, but it's causing me problems: in the browser version (latest Firefox 147.0.4 (aarch64) on mac osx 26.3), when I select a guide by clicking on it, I can no longer delete it by pressing the DELETE key. Instead, I first have to move it even just one pixel, and only then can I delete it.

Hey there 👋My company is currently using Figma for content creation, and we were really excited to see that we could finally export videos directly from Figma Buzz.The problem is… exports seem to work randomly. Sometimes the file exports without an issue, but most of the time we end up waiting endlessly for the export to process, and nothing happens.It feels like we might not be the only ones experiencing this. Has anyone else run into the same issue? And is there a workaround or solution that the Figma team could share with us?Thanks a lot in advance 🙏

I updated my two-factor recovery settings in Figma, and now I get this message in my plugin manager: "We detected a change to your account details. Please contact support@figma.com to proceed."After emailing, I received an automated email saying Starter accounts can only receive support in this forum. Upon reviewing similar issues here, it seems the resolution always comes from something manual on the Figma Support side.Can I get a review started? Thank you!  

I have a student plan through Figma but can not access draw mode on the tool bar even though I have access to the file. I am not sure how to get draw mode. 

Hello Figma Team,I am encountering a critical issue with the Figma Desktop application (Windows 11 ARM64).Since today's update, the application displays the error message: "Could not initialize WebGL".This problem is highly likely related to the GPU/driver detection in the latest version of the app. My Configuration:  OS: Windows 11 ARM64 Device: ASUS Vivobook S15 (Snapdragon X Elite) GPU: Qualcomm Adreno X1-85 GPU Adreno Driver Version: 31.0.121.1 (the latest installed via Windows Update).  Diagnostics and Steps Already Taken:  WebGL works perfectly when I use Figma in my browser (Chrome/Edge). Hello, my friend and I made a D&D adventure inside of Figma for a class project. We had some major issues with it at the end. There are a lot of frames, like 120ish. We’re in college and are on the student account versions.We’ve had some problems with stuttering inside the frames and some animations being cancelled out. But those aren’t the major problem. My major problem is this weird error in my prototyping links that I cannot understand. Every prototyping variable for all the frames work perfectly fine except those. (That I know)When you die in the Boss fight against the Primordial you get the death scene from the Crab fight. At first I thought it was something to do with the Flow Chart order or specifically with the Crab frames. But the Bug fight against the big mantis gives you the death scene from the Snakeman fight. I cannot figure out why this is. I have gone through and removed the death scene transitions for both the Boss and Bug fights, but they will transition incorrect
