Hi Figma Team, 

I kindly request that you provide your Certificates of Tax Residence for the 2026 for the purposes of tax reporting in Poland.

These certificates are necessary to ensure proper withholding tax compliance and to fulfill our reporting obligations to the Polish tax authorities.

I would appreciate it if you could send the documents in PDF format at your earliest convenience.

Please let me know if any further information or documentation is required from my side.

To request it securely, please follow these steps: Go to the Support Hub / Type” Contact Agent’  then Click Start a chat and Type: “contact agent for Figma’s certificate of tax residence”, This will connect you with the appropriate team to handle your request.
