Using Figma Make for a long time now and for the first time it took all credits left in the account, but did not output any result. The prompt was optimized with Codex in PDF document, as usual, and did not demand major changes or creative work, just Design style change for existing page with no functionality change.

How to get back these credits, if there is no result?

How to avoid such mistakes from Figma Make in future?

Hi, @Kristīne Vikle 👋 Thanks for flagging this — a full deduction with no output is worth a closer look. I found your support ticket (ID 1966252 ) Keep an eye on your email for follow up replies from out support team

One quick note: in Figma Make, credits are consumed for any work the model performs — even if the preview doesn't load. If a prompt fully fails with no work done, credits aren't deducted.

Here are some resources for you on getting the best out of Figma Make:

Thank you Jaycee Lewis, keeping my eye on e-mail already for second day, no communication.

Thanks for reply there, but still waiting for some resolution.

As I think that, if there is no output then credits should not be charged, as in every other case - job is not done - we do not pay.

Figma should introduce some prompt optimization layer or at least warning, or info - what causes the failure or what can cause the failure of prompt performance. Simple learning from past cases or library of red flags for your LLMs.

Anyway, waiting for resolution or at least some info in my e-mail, still nothing.

Hey @Celine_ and @Jaycee Lewis , thank you for support. But there is no message in e-mail and no movement. Not a sign from Figma support.
