Why are attempts to contact Sales unresponsive?

I am looking to purchase but am unable to get a response from anyone. Is this typical of interactions with Figma??

thank you kindly for your prompt response, and it’s great to have a case number, however, it is inconsequential if I am unable to get a response. Can you tell me what are the expected timelines for  responding?
