Unable to confirm config registration

I received an email from the config team that my manager has purchased a config ticket for me but I still need to register using my email and the password provided in the email. I followed the instructions, it asked me to update my password and then proceeded to show me an error as shown in the attached email.

Hello Figma Support Team,

I'm experiencing an issue registering for Config 2026 in-person attendance.

My manager provided me with the following registration code.

The code is supposed to be reserved for my email address.

However, when I enter the code and my email during the registration process at config.figma.com, I receive the following error message:

"It seems we're having a hard time recognizing your registration code. Please reach out to your Figma contact for assistance."

Additionally, the registration page only presents the option for virtual attendance, and I am unable to select or register for in-person attendance.

Hi ​@Alex Kushch, thanks for chiming in here! 

I completely understand the sense of urgency here, but in-person registration codes needed to be redeemed while in-person tickets were still available. Once we hit capacity, any unredeemed codes automatically expire and become invalid. We actually reached full in-person capacity earlier this month, around June 1st, which is why you're seeing the error and only have the option to register for virtual attendance now.
