Hi Figma Team,I am reporting a severe bug with Figma Make that resulted in a completely hallucinated design and the unfair loss of ~250 AI credits on my Professional plan.I attempted to generate a specific dashboard ("v3 / dashboard") using my "Caregiver Web Portal" design system. Despite attaching my local library and providing explicit rules in Guidelines.md, the AI failed completely.The Issues: Ignored Libraries & Guidelines: The tool completely ignored my attached components and explicit styling rules, hallucinating an entirely different and unusable UI. Server Crashes: I hit multiple "Model is overloaded" errors and endless Vite preview engine spinners. Massive Credit Drain: One single incorrect generation cost me 172 credits. In total, I have lost nearly 250 credits to these bugs and server failures. My Ask: Please investigate why Figma Make is ignoring attached libraries, and I am formally requesting a refund of the ~250 credits wasted by these system failures.Evidence A

When I switch variables, the component instance resets to the default item. I hope that when switching variables, only the component size is changed, and the icons and text called by the component instance are retained. How should I adjust this? However, I found that if the component instance is separated, the component instance can be retained when switching variables. Has anyone else encountered the same problem? I tried to use the Figma Plugin. Codex confirmed figma_whoami succeeded. It returned your Figma identity It also returned your team The actual issue is narrower: Authentication and MCP access work. The figma_generate_asset calls did not result in visible saved assets or usable links. The fallback figma_generate_deck path also failed, but for schema-validation reasons inside the connector The files were created in my Figma cloudThe files are not in my Figma cloud. Why is the connection failing to create the files in Figma dispute a valid connection.
So I have this issue now for a while. Basically when I open the actions/command palette and search for a command, it takes forever to load, majority of times not loading anything at all. In that screenshot for example, I type save (because I want to download a local copy) and nothing comes up. It’s usually instant when I type, but now it won’t. Applies to any other command as well that requires searching. I already tried reloading and resetting figma and clearing cache and still the same.
Why is the responsive mode in the prototype preview so broken? When you create a page with components and layers and set them to fill mode, everything fits to 100% width or height in the design editor. This reflects typical development as expected. However, this doesn’t work in the prototype preview. When I set the prototype to responsive, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. For instance, I have a grid with cells. Those cells are set to fill. (In fact, everything in every layer is set this way). But when the prototype renders it breaks. Those cells sometimes are 100% the available area, other times they are set to their original rendered size from the frame. For example, the cells are set to fill and happen to measure at around 200px wide because the main container (frame) fits all the content this way in design mode. Since the update, I can no longer find where to adjust autolayout properties (among other things). Struggling to get my work done on tight turnarounds and not adjusting to this re-design of the Figma UI easily. Can someone please point me in the right direction? I’ve got the frame selected with the nested frames all laid out horizontally, and I need to stack vertically. [I understand the intent of the right side panel UI is to limit the controls that you see based on what you currently have selected, but the UI in the panel changes so frequently it’s disorientating and doesn’t feel like the most foundational tools are available anymore. There are new features that are more discoverable that I don’t anticipate using anytime soon anyhoo (e.g., “linear v radial repeat”).]

I wanted to bring to your attention an issue I’ve been facing with my Figma Make credits over the past month. Earlier, my available credit balance was 3000, and I have used only 255 credits so far. However, I am now receiving a message stating, “You’re out of AI credits for your Full seat in Creative. Credits reset on April 19.”
Hi,I'm following up after several days without a response regarding a billing issue on our account.We purchased 15,000 AI credits and subsequently cancelled our subscription. The $334.75 billing adjustment for the credit update is expected and correct. However, our upcoming invoice also includes a $351.00 monthly charge for "15,000/mo AI credits" covering April 19 – May 19, 2026. This recurring charge should not be there we purchased the credits outright and cancelled.Our projected subtotal is $685.75 when it should only be $334.75.We're happy to pay for what we've used, but a recurring monthly fee after cancellation isn't something we agreed to. Could someone please review this and remove the $351.00 charge before the invoice is due on April 19?I've seen similar reports from other users on the community forum, so this may be a broader issue worth looking into.Thank you.
I had just topped up the credit for the Figma Make Ai but when i tried to prompt in browser it show that I had used it up. Check back to the Billing Ai Credits, i still have 890 left. What should I do? Can anyone help? Thanks.

Hello.I’m unable to find about 11 all text box content from older FigJam files. These files were last saved in my draft in September. Made copies because there were pop-up errors during Feb- March 2026. None of these cloud files show any hint of that text. Rest of the content looks quite intact, which has stickies, some had hand written notes from iPad, some PNG and JPG images.That text was transcriptions to my interviews.I’m a free user, so I can’t restore going back in time. I tried duplicating, I see orange error on top saying ‘an error occurred copying this file’.Please help. I had about 5-6 duplicates of that file in drafts for various dates of working on it. None of this ‘text boxes’. All these files have that missing.
