I need help with a billing issue. I was previously an admin on the team Tatia & Faith, but I no longer have access and I am still being charged for 1 Professional Full seat (monthly) on invoice [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] dated June 22, 2026. My open ticket is 2000557. I need help stopping future charges tied to this team.

I'm not able to access billing details from this public space, but I can confirm our Product Support team has your request under ticket: 2000557. I've shared your post so they have the full context — including the team name, invoice details, and that you no longer have access to the team.

Since the charge is tied to a team you can no longer access, the Product Support folks will need to handle the cancellation on your behalf. In the meantime, this resource explains how seat and plan changes work in case it's helpful in the future: Manage billing on the Professional plan.

Do you have any idea how long it will take for billing to look at my issue and cancel my subscription? The ticket says “Solved” but I have not received a confirmation email that the subscription is cancelled and I will not be charged.
