Need help to reduce the number of full and collab seats (organization plan)

Hi Figma Team, 

I am a Figma admin for our organization and we need to adjust our seats before the annual renewal. We are on the Organization plan which is scheduled to renew on September 12, 2026. We need to remove one full seat and remove four collab seats. However we can only review our renewal details in Figma and cannot edit the seat counts so it sounds like we need a new order form.

I have tried reaching out to our account rep and also filed a support request last week (#2030235) but have yet to receive a response from either, which surprises me. Can someone help me to get in touch with the right person to help me get a new order form in place before the renewal period ends?
