Question

My account has no response when clicking "Continue as XXX" during login.

My other account doesn't respond at all when I click "Continue as XXX" during login. I've already tried switching browsers and even using a different computer, but it still doesn't work.

Since you've already tried different browsers and even a different computer, could you also try:

  • Opening the login flow in an incognito/private browsing window.
  • Disabling any browser extensions (especially ad blockers or privacy extensions).
  • Logging out of all Figma accounts completely (not just the one giving trouble), Clearing your browser cookies and site data for Figma, then trying again.
  • If possible, testing on a different network (for example, a mobile hotspot).

If the issue still persists after those steps, please submit a bug report via to the Support Hub / Type “Report a bug, Contact agent” / Click Start a chat/ select Enter  and follow the prompts. In the form, please include:

  • The email address of the affected account.
  • A screen recording showing what happens when you click "Continue as XXX."
  • Your operating system and browser (including the version).
  • The steps you have already tried.

This will help our team investigate your specific account and determine what's causing the issue.
