I have an education account but I can't access Figma Make

My account shows Education verified, but I still cannot access Figma Make.  My friend under the same university can use it, though  I am a higher education student (currently in college), what do I need to do?

I’ve flagged to our internal team, it seems that you were with a K12 status so this is why you haven’t get access to the Figma Make.
The team has revoked you existing EDU status, and we recommend you to verify once again your account via this form for Higher Education application: figma.com/education/apply. Thank you!
