I was on the Professional Collab seats plan (US$5.00/month), but on May 14, 2026, I was charged US$38.50 (Invoice #V17EJUW4-0002) due to an unintended upgrade to the Professional Full seats plan that I did not knowingly initiate. I have already: - Submitted a support ticket via the Help Center form - Responded to Figma's email offering to connect me with a team member However, I have not received any follow-up response since then. Could someone please help escalate this refund request? I would like to revert to my original plan and receive a refund for the unexpected charge. Thank you.

Claude Code drops SKILL.md bodies over ~8 KB. In figma plugin v2.1.30, the following skills exceed this limit and load with only their description, losing all instructions:- figma-use (26.4 KB)- figma-code-connect (25.7 KB)- figma-generate-design (25.2 KB)- figma-create-design-system-rules (18.3 KB)- figma-generate-library (18.1 KB)- figma-implement-design (11.6 KB)- figma-generate-diagram (8.6 KB)Result: Claude Code can no longer reliably implement Figma designs because figma-implement-design and the mandatory figma-use preamble are stripped. Please split these into <8 KB SKILL.md files with the bulk of content moved to bundled reference files (progressive disclosure pattern).

I am new to Figma make and started trying it out by asking it to organise some text in a specific way. The prompt was very specific and all the AI reasoning is correct, but the only issue is the preview will not load. I have tried clearing the cache and it’s still the same , has anyone else solved this issue ? There was some issues with locating my file, but it apparently was found according to the AI Still not viewable, even when I click the 3 dots beside “Vertical Settings List Design” and click “Preview Version”, nothing happens, is there any way to fix this or download the file locally ?

I work with a symphony orchestra, and we have been embedding pdfs of our program notes into the website. Instead I am trying to use Make to turn it into a web page, but it keeps flagging it as copyrighted material. I own the copyright! And after stating this several times, it still could not complete what I asked. There has to be some way around this. It built the structure but is making me paste in my own text (which is difficult to do from a pdf). Anyone else having this issue?

Hi i had free figma account set on my business email, then I decided to buy Dev Seat, I got connected with my organisation that has been already set up and had SSO etc so I was withing my organisation group, i could use SSO to log in. then i no longer needed Dev Seat so i resigned from being charged for that. and my whole accont has been deprovisioned. I dont have access to the basic Figma on that business accounte email. how can i ask to retrieve all the files I had there?

Today I'm unable to copy slides within a FigJam file. I've tried using both keyboard shortcuts and the right-click menu, but nothing happens. This is a bit of a blocker for my workflow, is this a known bug or a temporary limitation?

Hi! We’re seeing an odd issue and have blurred the user and organization for what is being removed. When removing a user, Figma shows a message saying 43 files will have no owner and 33 drafts will be moved to Unassigned. However, this user was not the owner of any files.Do you know why Figma is reporting this? Is it simply aggregating all unowned files and drafts or is this a bug? 

I'm having a similar issue with some others with the cursor becoming giant when hovering over the art board. I'm on an Android tablet and it happens on Chrome. Firefox looks better.

I couldn't cancel my subscription on time, and yesterday I was charged for it. I canceled the subscription immediately; I didn't use any of the Professional Plan features. I also immediately contacted support, but no one has responded since yesterday. Please help, I want a refund.

I have two of the exact same components selected, but I cannot edit any of the component properties, when more than one is selected. For example, making input fields required now can only be done one by one. This is insanely inefficient. one component selected - variables editabletwo of the same components - nothing is editable  

Monday, I’ve created a case about the way Figma trying to charge me 3$, and I saw it from my banking app. Before that, the customer support literally assured me that “there will be no charges” after my plan ends on May 9th and they have cancelled my plan way before Figma tried to charge me on Monday. I literally warned you guys about this and on Wednesday, Figma charged me 3$.I’ve paid already 5$ for the plan at the beginning, and now you’re charging me additionally 3$ for what? Seat changes or thing you guys are calling? To make use of component properties better and reduce the no. of variants I tried creating my button with primitives which have 2 variants: Large: Icon size 20px (with instance swap), font style is button large (i.e. font size: 14px) Small: Icon size 16px (with instance swap), font style is button small (i.e. font size: 12px) Then I used this large variant to create a new component called ‘Button’ which comprises of all the different types (solid, outline, ghost etc) and states (default, hover, disabled etc.). Now when I take out a child of this ‘Button’, and change the properties of ‘Button’ first and then of ‘Primitive’ it works fine but when I have done this and try to change the properties of ‘Button’ again, then the icon colour gets back to primitive’s icon colour. I’m not sure what I’m doing wrong, I’ve kept the name of icons also similar as mentioned by @Molly_Hellmuth in this article for Icon Best Practices. For better understanding: P.S. Hello, I’ve been using Figma for a while and I’m using the free version. I often work on it to design the layout of presentations and stuff like that. Yesterday, I logged in again to work on my presentation, but now I can’t seem to change the texts anymore. The buttons to edit texts are greyed out and I can’t find a solution anywhere. I use a Slot in my Component with default content inside. The content and the whole layout are set to Fill container, and it works as expected in mockups, but in prototypes the Slot’s content is displayed with default dimensions:

Why can't I use the Figma AI?Is it still unavailable? Google and Gemini say it's not available for free users? I can't find a button to connect my Figma site to the Figma AI. What's going on?
