I love using responsive prototype preview in Figma, however, the app UI (top bar) is always covering my prototype (especially when the sidebar with Flows is open).
It’s really frustrating and I wish Figma App UI not interfering with what’s on the canvas.
Think about your browser where the Bookmark bar is obscuring your website’s navigation and hovers in and out at random.

Also worth to mention, that if you use responsive prototype, the Frames doesn’t follow their constrains (e.g. Left, Top-Bottom for a sidebar) with the responsiveness.
