Billing / Seat Issue
I am being billed for a full seat ($20 per month). However when I open Figma, it shows that I’m on a free plan. How do I fix this? How do I get compensated for the past two months where I was billed incorrectly?

A quick bit of context: billing is tied to a specific team's subscription, not your account as a whole. So it's possible the $20 charge belongs to a different team you own or manage than the Starter one currently showing when you open Figma.
Quick question to help narrow it down: do you manage more than one team or Figma account? For example, one for personal use and another for work or a client?
