Hello Figma Support,
I’m unable to import a .fig file into Figma.
File name: VEDART RS® Geojet-Group_08.05.26.fig
File size: approximately 520 MB.
When I import the file through the Figma File Browser, the import fails with the following message:
“Server temporarily unavailable — wait a bit and try again.”
I have tried importing the file both in the Figma desktop app on macOS and in Figma through the web browser. The same error occurs every time, and the file is never imported.
I specifically need to open and edit this file in Figma. Converting it to another format is not a suitable solution.
Could you please check whether there is an issue with this specific .fig file or with the import service?
