Report a Problem

Trying to use the 'distribute horizontal (and vertical) spacing' option for points on a line so the points will be equally spaced out on a line but it doesn't work anymore. Does anyone know why?

To copy a fill layer, I need to:Select an object Click on the fill layer - it will be highlighted in gray Click again on the object - the highlighted fill layer will now be highlighted in blue, and now it is really selected and can be copied/cut, etc.It used to work fine before (old UI), but now it behaves like this. I thought the copying function was broken. Is this the intended behavior? Linux Mint 21.3, Firefox 142

Hi,When creating a webpage, adding images with Aspect Ratio Lock enabled, applying them to ‘fill’ the container they are in, then previewing the prototype in Responsive View (Z) cuts off the bottom half of the prototype. Steps to reproduce:Create a new webpage design in Figma. Example: 1920 wide Add images with Aspect Ratio Lock enabled. Set the images to Fill the container they are placed in. Preview the prototype and swap to Responsive View (Z shortcut)  Expected Result:The full prototype should display correctly in responsive view. Actual Result:The bottom half of the prototype is cut off in responsive view. Notes:I am on a Mac Studio Display (2560px wide) + the main frame is 1920px wide. This issue appears to happen consistently when the frame is smaller than the resolution it’s being scaled to in Responsive View. (1920px frame scaling up to 2560px) Moving the browser width inwards allows more of the full website to show. I use responsive images daily, and my current work around is

I have been working on a Make app for a few hours and finally went to publish it (in-app preview looking great). The published version is like 7 iterations of UI ago. I can not refresh it, unpublish/republish, etc.. to get it to the new components to render. I was charged $192, but I have no idea what this expense entails from Figma. I pay Figma $15 a month for my subscription, but I have not signed up for any other subscriptions or memberships. What would $192 cover with regard to Figma? Do you know why I would be charged this amount? 

Hi, since a few days I cannot edit any Sites sections that contain Make components.Any change results in endless vertical growth of the section it’s contained in (see screenshot attached). This is the case even if it’s just a manual text change within the Make code component.I was hoping that it was a one time thing, but it keeps happening to any part of the page across several files that contain a Make component. I can consistently reproduce it.Eventually, it leads to the site crashing and my only option to resolve the issue is to reset a previous page before changes in version history, not allowing me to make any changes to Make code embeds.I haven’t received any error message for this yet. I’ve observed that a notification appears that prompts me to reconnect layers (see image below), but that doesn’t fix the issue. Today i saw that i wasnt able to access to my files, because i wasnt on the team anymore, so i asked to be on the team again, they re-invite me again, but i didnt found my projects, nothing in trash and nothing in drafts and nothing on projects... Does anybody know how to delete a property in figma web on ipad? When using my Macbook, I can simply use the command+c shortcut to delete anything but since my ipad does not have it, what should I do? This applies to copy and paste, duplicate, etc.

Hey. When using Arabic, fonts that lack Arabic support fall back to Noto Sans. Today I ran into an issue where the fallback does not render the Semibold weight for Arabic. If I select Noto Sans Arabic directly, everything renders correctly. 

I am unable to publish my Figma plugin even though it works well in Figma Design with updated manifest.json and package.json. 

Hello, recently I’ve been dealing with this issue. Arabic font doesn’t display in semibold weight (only), I tried using other fonts but the problem still remains. I’ve tried “Regenerate all instances” actions, it did’nt work. Can it be new update issue? Can’t get my head around this, please help.

I have attempted to use Figma AI to analyze a dashboard image and extract details like colors, fonts, spacing, and icons, but I need guidance on how to improve the results and create a comprehensive set of guidelines. How can I do this effectively?

tl:dr: Thai text in Inter at 600 weight look glitched but only for me + one peer in the org. Others don’t face it → might be a fallback/rendering issue in Figma? My team and I have been using Inter for both Thai and English, set it up in our design token for dev. Just found out that Thai text at 600 weight gets glitchy even we both have tried to double-clicks the layers so many times for the design to recover. English looks fine till now, only Thai breaks and remains invisible (see attachment below and recording link here). What my peer and I tried so far:Cleared cache Reinstalled Figma desktop app (version 125.7.5) Even update iOS to Sequoia 15.6.1 Tested on personal devices with the same accounts= Still the same Question:Any way to fix this without replacing it with the new typeface? Appreciate any pointers 🙏

The folder with other files works fine, but when I open my design file, no created artboard or design appears. It doesn't appear as deleted in the trash or hidden. I wasn't sent an email to restore it in case it was deleted by my team. I need help urgently.

Hi guysWhen selecting a text, or any object, the selector “border” is all messed up and you have to like place your cursor on the exact same pixel as the “selection box” in order to drag it. It did not use to be like this. Can someone please switch back I will plant a tree if so.  Thanks

I love the MCP project but am having a really hard time getting good results from it, every time I asking Claude Code or Cursor to style my UI component like the provided link it’d not even close, it was 85%-90% wrong, sometimes really wrong. Making it mostly unusable.Lots of experience with LLM coding, I know what I’m asking for it with-in their capability. I also recently tried Figma Make where I imported the exact some component, using the exact same prompt and it completely nailed. Figma Make using Claude Sonnet got all the colors right, the fonts sizes, added the exact stroke and rounded corners, it even added roll-over state and correctly guessed my design intent, really amazing! But when I do the same with Claude Code and Figma MCP but it completely fails, adding styles to the wrong components, getting all the fonts wrong, colors are all over the place, etc. I have some theories as to why but would love some feedback and helpTheories1. Hello all,I’m unable to use my desktop app because the default browser that opens up for log in is not supported anymore - it’s safari 12 - (I can’t even log in via figma.com).Any clue on how to pick another default browser while being logged out (it seems like I have very limited access to parameters) ??Or another way to solve this ?Thanks

Hi Team!I have an issue while using figma make and can’t prolong with the prompts. Nothing is working. 

We are sending team invitations to two email accounts, [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII] and [redacted by forum admin/moderator to remove PII], but the invitation emails are not being received.We have checked the email management settings, including spam filters and blocked senders, and found no issues.Could you confirm whether this is an internal issue within Figma preventing the invitation emails from being sent?

Steps to reproduce: Draw a rectangle → select the brush → try to apply it only to the bottom edge.The UI makes it look like the brush applied, but the stroke thickness doesn’t actually change — and partial edge strokes don’t work at all.Shouldn’t both thickness change and partial strokes apply if it’s working properly? 🤔

I have just recently verified my education status but I still cannot change my team to an education plan. I have tried the guide but was unable to find anywhere that verifies that the team I want to upgrade is for educational purposes. A file I created on my account, has gone missing from any list of items on my account and when I go to a direct link of it online, it says that I need to request access to it. I created the file and It was rather important to my work, It is not in my trash I checked, and there are no notifications stating anything has changed or been deleted.
