We are facing an issue with our annual subscription invoice. After the invoice was generated, we realized that the number of paid seats included in the subscription needs to be reduced. However, the system currently does not allow us to modify the number of paid seats once the invoice has already been issued.
We request your assistance in updating the subscription by reducing the number of paid seats and reissuing a revised invoice with the correct seat count and updated payment amount. This change is required before we proceed with the payment.
