Wrongly Charged For Service I didn't use for so long

My School Project that I subscribe Professional Plan to use was 6 months ago.

Figma just wrongly charged me a usage of Professional Plan of 21+USD from 3rd of Dec to 3rd of Jan, I want explanation how can I be charge while the project was freaking 6 months ago. And I did not work on any project since. This is unacceptable. I subscribe the plan for personal use only.

I understand your concern about the recent charge and appreciate you reaching out.


After checking on our end, here’s what we found:

  • One of your teams was on a paid plan that was canceled during the previous billing term.
  • At the start of that billing period, the team only had Viewer seats, so there was no charge at that time.
  • However, during that same billing period, a Full seat was added to the team.

Any prorated charges for seats that weren’t billed at the start of the previous billing term are automatically applied to the next invoice. This is expected behavior.

In your case, there was no charge in the previous billing period. However, the usage of the Full seat during that time had not yet been billed, which resulted in the $21.60 prorated charge appearing on your most recent invoice.
