As you can tell I have not used my account in months. Meant to cancel account long ago but you guys make it hard to navigate to cancel your paid seat.   Hence I have been getting charged for months $20 for months now.

 

I was finally able to remove the paid seat.  Please refund the last couple of months.  Or at least one month December 26th, 2025 fee.
