log in issues

Hi, I’ve tried to log in with my usual gmail login, however, it seems to have created me a new account and i don’t have access to any of my project. from my partners screen i think its:

team: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

uid: [redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

[redacted by moderator to remove personal information]

 

Looking back at my subscription, it seems that the “log in with google button” used to log me in with [redacted by moderator to remove personal information] and is now using gmail.com. What do you suggest?

    Hi ​@Sharif Macky — welcome to Figma Forum! Sorry to hear about the account access issues, but I’m glad we got in touch.

    First, try signing in separately with the two emails you mentioned. If needed, you can reset the password for either account. Here’s a helpful guide on that: Reset your password → Reset a forgotten password.

    That said, if your account was created via Google SSO, your email address and password is managed by Google. This means that you won't be able to update your email address or password in Figma. For more details on how to move forward, have a look here: Manage email address or password → Google SSO.

    If those doesn’t resolve this issue, I’ve opened a ticket with our Product Support team on your behalf so they can take a closer look. You should see an email from me with more information under your case number: 1670643.
