My college doesn't issue student email IDs. I want to go through manual verification, I have college documents to voucher for my student status. I have contacted SheerID but they can't provide solution.

Verification is handled directly through SheerID, and while they can verify some higher-education users with personal emails, this depends entirely on the specific institution and their records.
