Hi,

Many of my students from ROC Nijmegen, Mediadesign are not getting approval for their Figma Education (student) accounts.

As a teacher, my own Education account was approved without any issues. However, my students keep getting rejected or remain pending, even though they are enrolled in the same program.

Could you please let us know what might be causing this and what steps we or the students need to take to get their accounts approved?

Hey ​@Marco Hendriks - my apologies if this is been delaying your classroom.

All education verifications are done through SheerID, so I am unable to review any information related to those applications.

For your students: please have them reach out to sheerID support here if they haven’t already. 

Due to the holidays, your students may experience delays in response time. I cannot guarantee an exact time when they will reply, but please allow sheerID some time to review and get back to them.

I understand that access is very important, and I appreciate all of your patience while this is worked on.
