I used to be able to use cmd + B and type in bold until I use cmd + B again to toggle it off. Now when I uses cmd + B, it only takes affect for one letter and then I have to use cmd + B again.

I just tested this capability in the desktop and browser and typing in bold then using Cmd + B to toggle it off still works as expected and not for one letter. Is this still happening consistently for you?
If so, what macOS are you using and is this occurring in both the browser and desktop app? Is this happening in one file or all of your files? Is this happening with a particular font or all fonts?
