I'm experiencing an issue with my Figma file covers. Despite exporting them at the correct dimensions (1920x1080), they're not fitting properly when uploaded, there's a border appearing around all of them.

Hi, I am able to edit and view all files that i have been granted access with in my workspace until last Thursday. But from Friday onwards, I have lost my access to view files as well as editing access on the workspace that i have been granted access with. Attaching a screenshot for your reference.
I am the sole owner of this account and team. Design file was created by me and belonged to my only team. The file disappeared from my projects gallery. Now it is only accessible via direct link and shows “Request access”, even though I am the owner. Access requests do not reach my email. How restore ownership or reattach the file to my account?

I have access to view a Figma file, but I can't edit it, and I need to edit the QR code. The person who made this design is out of office and can't grant me access to be an editor. I'm hoping I can chat with someone on the team to do so.
I’m trying to verify the educational institution my Figma account email is associated with, but am continuously receiving a “Verification Failed” page whenever I try to do this. I’ve filled out the request form for individual attention in verifying my account, but haven’t heard back even though that was a week ago. How can I proceed with account verification?

Hello,I am trying to export a design frame from Figma to Bolt.new, I did one yesterday, tried today and it says I hit a rate limit, rate is 5 a minute, i exported one yesterday and that’s it. How do I solve it
This issue is still happening. Where png images are imported to figjam with a background rather than transparency. Seems to be an issue that has been happening for years. Can this be fixed?
Hello, It’s cool that we have followup of the AI credit visible but it has a limit, it show only the usage of the current month.With Organisation & Enterprise plan, and especially with a new type of usage, we have to followup the usage on a yearly base.Is there any way we can keep track of usage of credit on a monthly (basis?) without considering the reset? What we want to focus on really in the consumption. Thx for your help
Hi Figma, I’ve notice a bug where the background of a frame bugs, the colour not being applied to its whole surface. Resizing the frame resolve the issue, but it might came back on the next Figma opening.In the screenshot, the selected layer is where the purple border and white background is applied, but it is shown differently. The attached videos shows other examples and the background re-aligning upon resizing the frame. This have been noticed in regular files as well as branches, on the desktop app as well as the web app, only tested on a mac.
Hello Everyone!I am having a strange issue, so my day to day task involves screen recording Figma Prototypes using Loom Desktop App, but the issue is the screen recorded final output video doesn’t retain the gray shades of the UI in the prototype, so everything looks bright white, no gray shades etc.It records things outside figma just fine, only figma UIs are this way.If anyone can help me to understand what the issue is and how to solve. thanks
Hey everyone!So, I am facing a vry weird issue, I have to take live websites screenshot and stack them to make it look a full website(mobile view). In design canvas they look flawless, there is no visible indication of different images (because I am using dev tools to take full page screenshot).Now the issue is when I open the prototype view of same website, it shows black division between all images.(I am using autolayout and in design view everything look flawless).If anyone can help.There is no visible divider or space below Total in design viewIn Prototype view, it gives black lines between every separate image
While reviewing updates I switched off the "Show updates for all pages" feature because i dont want to waste time reviewing updates on my “Draft” pages.However, when i review instance updates, list still shows me instances across all pages. That problem increases my reviewing time by a lot.

After creating or copy-pasting text box, inputting Korean text, returning back to editing, the cursor will be stuck at Hand Tool. It won’t change to Move or Scale cursor unless I create a new tab and come back, go to another tab and come back or close curret tab and reopen.This is a nightmare for me since most of my work contains Korean.
I verified my Education status with SheerID but Figma still requires verification from me. After contacting SheerID support, they have confirmed that I am verified, and that Figma needs to reset the sync status. My account was originally associated with a Google Login to an email that I will be losing access to shortly. I went through the process of requesting a new password, changing my email, clicking the button that was sent to the new email address, and following the “instructions” which was to just enter my new email/pw and log in...with no additional context????After following these “instructions” -- It appears I have created a brand new account, since none of the work from my original account has been transferred.I tried again with a second email address. Same issue.I just want to change my email without losing all of my files. Why is it not working? Can someBODY (not a poorly developed AI Chat Bot) help me? Dear Support Team, I'm a PhD student. I created 2 accounts with my personal and educational e-mails. Yesterday, I was able to verify my education plan. However, there are features I can see in my personal account, such as "removing background" or "selecting area." Since I'm currently studying game design. Sprite assets are important to me. However, those tools/features cannot be seen in my educational account. I feel like my 2 different accounts are having an A/B testing process. I would like to use those features in my educational account as a verified education pro plan too. How can I activate or see those features in my educational account?
