The title says it all. It’s becoming more glitchy every time I use it. Can’t even get simple functionalities like copy/paste to work correctly.

Hi @David145 - thank you for reaching out to us on the forum about this. I apologize for the performance issues you’ve been experiencing!

I’d like to get more info from you to further assist. First, the lag can sometimes be caused by higher memory usage. This can be especially prominent in large files that contain multiple components/variables/layers/etc. I’d recommend checking out this page to see if any of the contents may help alleviate what you’re experiencing: Reduce memory usage in files.

If you’ve already tried the suggestions on that page and you still have trouble, please PM me, and/or reply here.

Credits where credits are due; Figma is consistent over all platforms.. I had to type this comment twice, because the first time it just was gone when I pressed send.

I recognise sort of a trent showing more small bugs lately as well… it’s not helping with productivity.

Only today:

  1. I clicked on one of my designs and then the badges stoped respecting the autolayout. Had to toggle width hug → fill → hug to undo it, because ctrl-z did not work.. it was no change aparently
  1. I Shift+Alt-dragged to copy a component. The children decided to change their width “fill” to a fixed width, so I had to manually change it.

And for those that wonder if this is some sort of bug in Lorem Ipsum in my design.. no, it’s Dutch

As we speak it happens again. The input-component width seems to automatically reset to a width variable that I tried to overwrite.
